Landhuis Polderzicht is beautifully situated in close vicinity of Alkmaar and Hoorn, the coast and the Ijsselmeer lake. This accommodation is perfectly suitable for 12 people and also offers the possibility to sleep and stay with 14 people. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden with a veranda, a nice seating area, an outdoor fireplace and a playground for the kids to enjoy themselves. You can even play a game of the traditional “golf at lumps” on this playground! The house offers a cozy living and dining room with a Finnish “stone stove”. The open kitchen is fully equipped and you can prepare the most delicious mails in here! The ground floor has two spacious bedrooms, both with stunning views of the garden. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the first bathroom which is fully equipped for disabled people. The second bathroom has a luxurious rain shower, a sink and a toilet available. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms with double beds. Secondly, both rooms have a romantic alcove that can be closed by a curtain. These two bedrooms also have their own kitchenette and seating area, which makes this house perfectly suitable for two families! The special garden of 5000m2 is adjacent to a natural lake where you can swim and fish. The house is located on the plot of the owner, but due to the huge estate there is plenty of privacy. Throw a ball at the bowling alley, enjoy the veranda or explore the area by bike. The Finnish sauna and jacuzzi make your stay complete!
