NEW in 2015: This modern holiday apartment for two people is situated near the sea he 8th floor of the prestigious Huis ter Duin complex. Tasteful, modern and fully equipped for the ultimate holiday or a weekend at the seaside, with a beautiful view on Noordwijk and the country side! Your apartment Rose de Sable is superbly renovated in 2015 and is located on the eighth floor of the building. Here you have a stunning view over the landscape directly at your feet: Noordwijk and the Dune and Bulb region. You will notice immediately upon entering that the owner is a fan of modern design with a high degree of luxury and comfort. In the living room there is a comfortable sitting area with television near the large window, and via the sliding door you reach the sunny balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee undisturbed. Enjoy your meals at the cosy bar table for four – every cooking enthusiast will be able to find his way in the beautiful stylish and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has two luxury box spring beds in twin bed arrangement and from here you have access to the balcony as well. The luxurious bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a double washing basin. Obviously in the apartment you have wireless internet at your disposal. The apartment is part of the Huis ter Duin complex. As a tenant you have your own access to the beach. You can use (some for free, other paid) all facilities, among which a swimming pool, wellness center, sauna and tennis court. There a several cosy bars and for those who love fine food Restaurant Latour (one Michelin star) is certainly worth visiting. The beach is within walking distance and the boulevard and the multifaceted shopping area of Noordwijk are literally right outside the door. And why not enjoy the pleasure of eating on the beach? The well-known beach pavillions Breakers, Branding and Bries are just a few steps away from your apartment…
