Holiday apartment for up to eight persons, really perfectly situated in the lively heart of Katwijk by the Sea, at one hundred meters from beach, sea and boulevard. Here you can combine the atmosphere of the varied centre of beach resort Katwijk with the holiday feeling of a stay right by the sea. You reside in two fully furnished floor over a baker’s shop – so fresh bread guaranteed! On the first floor you have a bright living room with a comfortable sitting area and a view over the shopping area at the front. The spacious dining kitchen with all modern equipment and appliances is at the back of the house. The dining table easily seats eight. Through the side kitchen you have access to the very large, sunny and sheltered roof garden where you can sit and enjoy your meals. There’s enough space for children to play here. All bedrooms are on the second floor. There’s one room with a double bed, one with a bunk bed, one with two single beds and finally one room with a single bed and an extra bed underneath. The owner can put in one extra baby bed on request. The compact bathroom is modern and has a bath. This house was fully renovated in 2009 and stylishly refurnished in a way that fits the environment of the old fisherman’s town of Katwijk. You’re only a hundred meters from the sea and the seafront with its many restaurants and beach bars is right around the corner. So you can benefit from everything that family beach resort Katwijk has to offer you, but you also have an ideal base to start exploring the many-sided region you are staying in.
