This detached bungalow is situated in a hollow and close to the access to the beach. There is a spacious terrace with plenty of garden furniture. On entry you will be pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere of this holiday bungalow. The original tiled floor, the wooden beams and the striking open fire place in the living room make in ‘t Zand extremely suitable for a holiday with friends or family. In the morning you can prepare a delicious breakfast in the comfortable kitchen and sit at the long wooden dining table. In the evening -after you have enjoyed a wonderful day outside- you can light the fire and snuggle up in front of it. While the children are playing games, you can take the time and peace and quiet to catch up while enjoying a glass of wine in the seating area. In total there are four bedrooms, of which one is a child’s bedroom. Three bedrooms each have a wash basin. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub.
