Alkmaar staat bekend om de gezellige restaurants en terrasjes op het Waagplein, ook is het voor winkelliefhebbers een geschikte stad. Alkmaar Grachtje is een ideaal huis -met tuin!- om de stad met het strand te combineren, Bergen en Egmond aan Zee bevinden zich op 10 kilometer afstand. The holiday apartement is suitable for up to 5 guests and has its own terrace, garden and parking lot. From here, the whole dune landscape is within reach, ready to be explored. The quaint, artistic village of Bergen is located 6 kilometers from here.

Dort warten schon hippe Beachclubs auf Sie, in denen man prima zu Mittag oder zu Abend essen kann. Mit dem Fahrrad sind Sie von Ihrem Ferienhaus in nur einer Viertelstunde im gemütlichen Zentrum des Künstlerdorfes Bergen. Auch die in der Nähe liegenden Städte Alkmaar und Schagen sind auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Die Aufteilung Ihres Ferienhauses Het Van Herwijnenhuis ist ein geräumiges, über mehrere Ebenen verteiltes Haus. Vom Eingangsbereich kommend gehen Sie direkt ein paar Stufen nach oben, wo sich der große Wohnbereich mit offenem Kamin befindet. Der Name dieses Ferienhauses kommt übrigens von den schönen Bildern, die überall im Haus hängen. Vom Wohnbereich geht es wieder ein paar Stufen nach oben zur gemütlichen Wohnküche. Und noch eine Etage höher liegen die zwei Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer mit Duschecke. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist im Souterrain. Da der Zugang zu diesem Zimmer etwas niedrig ist, raten wir dazu, dieses Zimmer für zwei Kinder zu nutzen. Außerdem gibt es hier noch ein paar Fitnessgeräte, die Sie gebrauchen können. The best of both worlds: the detached Pondarosa holiday villa offers exceptionally beautiful views out over the vast Breezand polder landscape and within a few minutes you can travel to the other side of the Noord-Hollands canal on the small ferry. Here you are within ten car-minutes of the broad sandy beach of Julianadorp aan zee. This welcoming group accommodation for twelve people has two bathroom on the ground floor and three wash basins on the second floor. The large dining table which seats twelve is an eye catcher in the cosily furnished Pondarosa living room. In the comfy seating area you will find a large leather corner sofa. At the large round table in the kitchen-diner you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the morning sunshine. Next to the Pondarosa holiday home kitchen is the utility room and a spacious bathroom. Via a small gate you gain access to the front garden which is located by a small stream. Next to the house you will find the bulb-growing company of the owners of Pondarosa. They like to offer their guests an excursion and to explain about the bulb-growing world. Those who opt for Pondarosa in springtime can look forward to fresh flowers on the table as well as in the nearby fields. The nearby Anna Paulowna has an extensive range of shops and various good restaurants. Pondarosa is also a great base for the nearby country estate of Hoenderdaell, which is a lot more than just a zoo housing exotic creatures. Other day trips: the nature reserve on the edge of Kleine Sluis, the Westfriese market in Schagen and the famous cheese market in Alkmaar. Those who want to windsurf can go to the nearby Lutjestrand beach, and via the Afsluitdijk, within a fifteen minutes drive, you can be in Friesland in no time.

Im Ferienhaus stehen Ihnen eine große Küche sowie ein stilvolles Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch, und über Flügeltür gelangen Sie hinaus auf die geschützte Sonnenterrasse. Holiday home Esmee is a contemporary semi-detached dwelling, close to the lively centre of Bergen and only a twenty minute cycle ride away from the Bergen aan Zee beach. In the centre of Bergen you will find various nice restaurants and shops. Every Saturday there is a bustling market around the well-known church ruins. Alkmaar is within cycling distance. The holiday home is tastefully furnished in a modern way. The living room has a seating area with an open fireplace. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with all mod cons. A separate play corner has been created for the children. On the first floor are two (children’s) bedrooms and a nice bathroom. The master bedroom is on the second floor. At the rear of the house you will find a spacious, fenced off garden which is great for the children to play in while you can enjoy the sunshine. There is a chicken coop with four chickens and with al little bit of luck you can enjoy every day with delicious fresh eggs!
Noordzee
Noordzee is een uniek vakantiehuis aan de voet van de Noord-Hollandse duinen en het mooie strand van Egmond aan Zee. Vakantiehuis Noordzee heeft een ideale ligging voor de strandganger en rustzoeker. Het oude centrum van Egmond aan Zee, met zijn gezellige restaurants en winkels, bevindt zich op loopafstand. Noordzee is ruim en licht ingericht en geeft u het echte strandgevoel. De woonkamer is comfortabel en beschikt over een gezellige zithoek en een eettafel. Vanuit de woonkamer bereikt u het terras waar u heerlijk beschut kunt zitten. Verder beschikt dit vakantiehuis over een aparte keuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Noordzee heeft drie ruime slaapkamers en een badkamer met douche. Alle vertrekken in dit vakantiehuis bevinden zich op de begane grond. Rondom het vakantiehuis is een grote tuin waar kinderen heerlijk kunnen spelen. Niet alleen dit vakantiehuis is een fijne plek om te verblijven; ook de omgeving is veelzijdig. Er zijn mooie wandel- en fietsroutes uitgezet die u door het hele gebied van de Noord-Hollandse duinen leiden. Naast het centrum van het oude vissersdorpje Egmond aan Zee is een bezoekje aan kunstdorp Bergen ook zeker de moeite waard. Noordzee is een heerlijk vakantiehuis met veel mogelijkheden.
White Bergen
White Bergen is een vrijstaand vakantiehuis op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum van Bergen. Met de fiets bent u zo op het strand van Bergen aan zee. White Bergen is ruim en licht ingericht en beschikt over een heerlijke loungebank en een ruimte eettafel voor vier personen. Vanuit de woonkamer komt u via de openslaande deuren op het ruime terras. Hier heeft u een mooi uitzicht over de grote tuin met grasveld en hangmat. De aparte keuken is eenvoudig ingericht. Op de eerste etage van het vakantiehuis bevinden zich twee slaapkamers en de eenvoudige badkamer met douche. White Bergen bevindt zich in de mooie omgeving van Bergen waar u heerlijke wandel- en fietstochten kunt maken. Ook kunt u naar het gezellige centrum van Bergen met zijn winkels en restaurants.
Vissershuisje
Vakantiehuis Vissershuisje is een karakteristieke visserswoning in een hofje in het oudste deel van Scheveningen. De zee en het strand liggen op loopafstand, net als de gezellige boulevard en het levendige centrum. Maar in het Oud-Scheveningse hofje geniet u vooral van de rust… Vakantiehuis Vissershuisje is een volledig gerenoveerde voormalige visserswoning. U ontdekt de frisse en gemoedelijke sfeer direct als u de woonkamer betreedt. Hier vindt u een comfortabele zithoek met televisie en u kunt natuurlijk ook gebruik maken van internet. Aan de gezellige eettafel kunt u gemakkelijk met vier personen zitten en de moderne open keuken is van alle gemakken en apparatuur voorzien. Op de eerste verdieping van huis Vissershuisje is een ruime slaapzolder met tweepersoonsbed (afgescheiden d.m.v. een gordijn) en twee eenpersoonsbedden. In de efficiënte badkamer is een ligbad. In de slaapruimte is eventueel plaats genoeg voor uw babybedje. Voor het huis kunt u buiten zitten op de stoere houten bank, waar het zonnig is en waar u bovendien geniet van de bijzondere sfeer van het hofje. Het strand en de boulevard met de beroemde Pier liggen op loopafstand van het vakantiehuis, net als het centrum van Scheveningen. Winkels en restaurants in overvloed dus. Met het openbaar vervoer (of met de fiets) bent u in een oogwenk in het veelzijdige centrum van Den Haag. Voor het optimale vakantiegevoel kunt u zelfs gebruik maken van de door de eigenaar geboden ontbijtservice – elke dag een geheel verzorgd ontbijt voor uw deur!
Sunny Corner
Vakantiehuis Sunny Corner is een ruime twee-onder-een-kapwoning in een rustige woonwijk van Heiloo. Sunny Corner heeft een ideale ligging voor het maken van mooie wandel- en fietstochten. Het strand van Egmond aan Zee vindt u op een half uurtje fietsen. Sunny Corner beschikt over een zeer ruime woonkamer met knusse zithoek en een aparte eethoek. In de open keuken bevindt zich een tweede eetgelegenheid, waardoor u koken en gezellig tafelen uitstekend kunt combineren. De keuken is van alle comfort voorzien. Op de eerste etage bevinden zich twee slaapkamers en de badkamer welke is voorzien van douche en toilet. Sunny Corner beschikt over een zonnige tuin aan een slootje. De tuin is middels een klein trappetje (twee treden) verdeeld in twee niveaus. Er is voldoende tuinmeubilair aanwezig zodat u met mooi weer op uw gemak buiten kunt zitten. Heiloo heeft meerdere leuke restaurants en winkels en ook het station is op fietsafstand te bereiken. Vanaf het station bereikt u gemakkelijk steden zoals Amsterdam en Haarlem. Ook beschikt Heiloo over een openluchtzwembad waar het in de zomer goed toeven is.
Parel Aan Zee
Holiday house Parel Aan Zee is a characteristic fisherman’s house on a small street, right in the old heart of Scheveningen. This compact house is stylish, complete and tastefully furnished for up to three persons. The sea and the beach are on walking distance, as are the lively seafront and shopping centre. But in this picturesque part of Scheveningen you will enjoy most of all the peace and quiet. Holiday home Parel Aan Zee is completely refurnished and renovated and you will discover the beautiful classic atmosphere as soon as you enter the house. Here is a comfortable sitting area with a flatscreen tv (smart tv with internet and movie channel) and a dining table for four and the open kitchen is custom made and fit with all modern appliances. On the loft on the first floor is a double bed with a tv and there is a study corner at the window. In the adjoining small is a shower and a sink. Because of the very efficiënt use of space there is a third bed too, and If you want you can even put up your baby bed in the room. You can sit outside in front of the house Parel Aan Zee on the private terrace. There it’s sunny and you can enjoy the sun and the special courtyard atmosphere. Of course you can use wireless internet and it is very nice that you have a reserved parking space around the corner in the sometimes very busy Scheveningen! The beach and the Boulevard with its famous Pier are on walking distance of house Parel Aan Zee as is Scheveningens city centre. Plenty of shops and restaurants around and by public transport you can reach the many sided city centre of The Hague in just a few minutes.
Mentawi
Ein Haus für die ganze Familie Ferienhaus Mentawi ist ein stilvolles Familienhaus mit einem geschützten Garten hinter dem Haus, in dem die Kinder unbeschwert spielen können, während Sie entspannt die Sonne genießen. Mit dem Fahrrad sind Sie in einer halben Stunde am Strand von Zandvoort. Und zum gemütlichen Zentrum von Haarlem gehen Sie zu Fuß in ungefähr zwanzig Minuten. Die Aufteilung Ihres Ferienhauses Im Erdgeschoss der Ferienhauses Mentawi finden Sie den Wohnbereich mit Sitzecke, Essecke und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche.
