Here you are within ten car-minutes of the broad sandy beach of Julianadorp aan zee. This welcoming group accommodation for twelve people has two bathroom on the ground floor and three wash basins on the second floor. The large dining table which seats twelve is an eye catcher in the cosily furnished Pondarosa living room. In the comfy seating area you will find a large leather corner sofa. At the large round table in the kitchen-diner you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the morning sunshine. Next to the Pondarosa holiday home kitchen is the utility room and a spacious bathroom. On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with two single beds. The other five spacious bedrooms are on the second floor, along with the second toilet. The beautifully laid out Pondarosa garden, which can be locked, has various cosy seating areas and there is enough space for a good game of football. Via a small gate you gain access to the front garden which is located by a small stream. Next to the house you will find the bulb-growing company of the owners of Pondarosa. They like to offer their guests an excursion and to explain about the bulb-growing world. Those who opt for Pondarosa in springtime can look forward to fresh flowers on the table as well as in the nearby fields. The nearby Anna Paulowna has an extensive range of shops and various good restaurants. Pondarosa is also a great base for the nearby country estate of Hoenderdaell, which is a lot more than just a zoo housing exotic creatures. Other day trips: the nature reserve on the edge of Kleine Sluis, the Westfriese market in Schagen and the famous cheese market in Alkmaar. Those who want to windsurf can go to the nearby Lutjestrand beach, and via the Afsluitdijk, within a fifteen minutes drive, you can be in Friesland in no time.

Characteristic harbour house, two by two grouped around the harbour in the water sports village of Terherne at the Sneekermeer (lake). The wooden houses enjoy a comfortable temperature, they have a pleasant atmosphere and are equipped with all modern conveniences. A unique location to spend a comfortable night in a historic, nautical atmosphere. You will find an open kitchen and a lounge and dining room on the first floor, with a covered balcony on the harbour side. Ideal for enjoying the outside early on in the spring. Plus this layout has resulted in beautiful views across the harbour with all its classic ships. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, each with two beds, a sanitary area and a veranda by the door. A fantastic place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of rose. Or perhaps to pass the time of day and exchange information on the day’s events with the ship owners. The owner has given each harbour house its own name, whereby the history, sport, Friesians, writers, etc, have all been considered. Something characteristic about the name giver makes a return in the houses. Terherne is surrounded by water and it’s therefore no coincidence that the village has grown into a water sports village with international allure. Plenty of sailing possibilities. You can rent a boat or sloop via the owner. If you plan on arriving with your own sloop or sailing boat, then a mooring place in the harbour is available for your use.

Alle vrijstaande accommodaties op het ruim opgezette Recreatiecentrum Bergumermeer zijn speels gesitueerd. Je hebt de keuze uit verschillende accommodaties waardoor er voor nagenoeg iedereen een geschikte woning is. Het 6-pers. chalet (NL-9262-11) is ideaal voor jonge gezinnen. Dit type ligt midden op het park en daardoor nabij een klein speeltuintje. De gelijkvloerse bungalows (NL-9262-10) zijn comfortabel ingericht en gelegen aan de monding van het Prinses Margrietkanaal. Er zijn 3 types vakantiehuizen met verdieping. De 4-pers. (NL-9262-12) liggen rondom de vijver van het park. Er zijn ook 4-pers. (NL-9262-14) en 6-pers. (NL-9262-13) varianten die vrijwel direct aan het kanaal liggen. Iedere woningen op dit vakantiepark beschikt over een eigen tuin/terras met tuinmeubilair.
