Comfortable holiday home Near the Sea for 8 persons only 100 meters away from the beach. You instantly reach the living room while you enter throughout the front door. Here is a sitting area with a cosy bar. Next to the living room is a 2 persons bedroom situated. Throughout the living room you can reach the dinning/ living room for seen of a large dinning table for 8 persons. Here is also a second sitting area situated which is bordered to the kitchen. The first bathroom (with a shower) is also on the ground floor. You can reach the other bedrooms by taking the stairs down, here is also the bathroom situated. Because it is a lopsided plot, the front side is higher than the back side. This means that you reach the terrace throughout the bedrooms. You can use this terrace for sitting and relaxation but also to park 1 car.

De Schone Leij

Recent gebouwd romantisch houten huis, gelegen op een van de mooiste plekjes van Bergen, aan een landweg tussen bos en dorp en midden tussen de weilanden. De eigenaren wonen op hetzelfde terrein, maar vanwege het grote grondstuk is uw privacy gewaarborgd. Het geheel is comfortabel en sfeervol ingericht met behulp van natuurlijke materialen. Op de begane grond is een living met zithoek en knusse open haard, eethoek en een open keuken die gemaakt is van sloophout en leisteen. De kleine badkamer met douche is ook op de begane grond. Vanuit de woonkamer komt u via de openslaande deuren op een van de terrassen vanwaar u een prachtig zicht heeft op het polderlandschap dat langzaam overgaat in duingebied. Op de verdieping is een grote ruimte waar een romantisch tweepersoons hemelbed staat. Slapen onder de sterrenhemel, wie wil dit niet…? Ook is er een heuse bedstee voor een kind tot 9 jaar terwijl een tweede kind kan slapen op de slaapbank. Het huis is heerlijk rustig gelegen. U fietst in tien minuten naar het strand. Maar de kans is aanwezig dat u, eenmaal aangekomen, van deze plek niet meer weg wilt. U bent dus gewaarschuwd…

Near the Sea II

Near the Sea II is a comfortable holiday house that is suitable for 10 people, located in very close vicinity to the beach of Bergen aan Zee (only 100 meters away). You can enter the house a at the front. The apartment is situated on the first floor. In the cozy kitchen and living room you can sit with a whole group. Because of the many rooms that the apartment offers, it is a beautiful light accommodation. This same level also offers two bedrooms. The second floor of the apartment offers 3 additional bedrooms, which all have their own sink. There is also a bathroom with a shower in it. Pluk de dag aan Zee

Dieser wohnliche, luxuriöse Bungalow befindet sich in einem nahe den Dünen und dem Strand von Julianadorp aan Zee gelegenen Familienpark. Sea Fish is een heerlijk vakantiehuis aan de boulevard van Egmond aan Zee. Vanuit de woonkamer en slaapkamer heeft u een fantastisch uitzicht op de kust – dichter bij zee slapen kan bijna niet! Sea Fish is een modern vakantiehuis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. De ruime woonkamer beschikt over een fijne zithoek met slaapbank. De open keuken is toegerust met de nodige apparatuur. Ook vindt u hier de vierpersoonseettafel. Op de eerste etage van appartement Sea Fish vindt u de ruime slaapkamer met zeezicht (ook vanuit uw bed!) en de badkamer met ligbad en aparte douche. Holiday home Genieten Groot Schermer was built in the 1930′s and, although modernized, it still kept a lot of its original details. For one, you can sleep in a traditional ‘bedstede’, an old-fashioned sleep compartment, integrated in the wall. Noordeinde also offers a wonderful panoramic view of the countryside and the nature reserve of Grootschermer. The wide, river sided garden is ideal to sit in and offers playground equipment for the children. Noordeinde is suitable for up to 6 guests and offers 4 bedrooms.

Vakantiehuis ‘t Wed is een sfeervol, comfortabel hoekhuis in Overveen. Met de fiets bent u in twintig minuten op het strand van Bloemendaal en in minder dan tien minuten staat u op de Grote Markt in Haarlem. De afgesloten tuin en het aanwezige speelgoed maken vakantiehuis ‘t Wed zeer geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen. Op de begane grond van vakantiehuis ‘t Wed vindt u een sfeervolle living met zithoek, een grote eettafel voor zes personen, en een open keuken die van alle moderne gemakken is voorzien. Openslaande deuren leiden naar het terras en de tuin met kunstgras, waarop de kinderen heerlijk kunnen spelen. Op de eerste etage van het vakantiehuis bevinden zich twee slaapkamers: een ouderslaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en een slaapkamer met bedstee. Verder vindt u hier een badkamer met ligbad, douche en toilet. De tweede etage herbergt twee kinderkamers (waarvan een met extra slaapbank) en een tweede badkamer met douche en toilet. Über eine offene Holztreppe erreichen Sie den 1. Stock. Dort gibt es eine hübsche Küche mit Essecke und noch zwei Schlafzimmer.

The Voor Pampus holiday home is a stylishly furnished state monument in the picturesque Muiden centre. This former forge dates from 1812 and has a favourable location. For example, you can easily reach the fortified island of Pampus with the ferry-boat service from Muiden, and the impressive Muiderslot is only 500 metres away from your holiday home. In addition to that, Amsterdam is nearby and can easily be reached by public transport. In fact, you don’t even need the car during your stay in Voor Pampus. On entering the holiday home the many authentic details immediately catch your eye, such as the old beamed ceiling and the cosy open fireplace. Via the Voor Pampus hallway you gain access to the spacious living room, which is comfortably furnished and has, among other things, a relaxing hanging chair. The adjacent open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and you will, no doubt, enjoy extensive dining with a good glass of wine at the long dining table. Via the staircase you gain access to the first floor of the Voor Pampus holiday home, where you will find two bedrooms. One is located at the front and has a double bed (1m60 wide). De luxe bungalow is een ruime vrijstaande bungalow voor vier personen. Voorzien van sauna, 2 slaapkamers met eigen badkamer en moderne inrichting. Er is een grote tuin en terras. De indeling en het interieur verschilt per bungalow.

Bungalow Type E (6p)

Bungalow Type E is een ruime vrijstaande bungalow voor zes personen. De bungalow beschikt over 3 slaapkamers en een grote tuin en terras. De woonoppervlakte bedraagt ca. 98 m². Het interieur verschilt per bungalow.

Het chalet heeft een woonkamer met zit- en eethoek. De badkamer is voorzien van een douchecabine, toilet en wastafel. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers, waarvan één met tweepersoonsbed en één met twee eenpersoonsbedden (enkele chalets hebben een stapelbed). Rond het chalet vindt u een tuin met zonneterras en parkeerplaats. Een aantal chalets beschikt ook over vaatwasser en combimagnetron en een fietsenberging.
