Here is a sitting area with a cosy bar. Next to the living room is a 2 persons bedroom situated. Throughout the living room you can reach the dinning/ living room for seen of a large dinning table for 8 persons. Here is also a second sitting area situated which is bordered to the kitchen. The first bathroom (with a shower) is also on the ground floor. You can reach the other bedrooms by taking the stairs down, here is also the bathroom situated. Because it is a lopsided plot, the front side is higher than the back side. This means that you reach the terrace throughout the bedrooms. You can use this terrace for sitting and relaxation but also to park 1 car.

Das frei stehende Ferienhaus „Atelier Westfriesedijk" befindet sich neben dem Wohnhaus des Eigentümers im Dorf Krabbendam in der Provinz Nord-Holland. „Atelier Westfriesedijk" verdankt seinen Namen der herrlichen Aussicht auf den 125 km langen Westfriesischen Ringdeich. In the mornings you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony or outside at one of the trendy cafes, and in the evenings you have a wide choice of places to dine – most beach cafes have a good menu from Spanish tapas to Eastern flavours … The area is perfect for cyclists and hikers who like interesting routes with something different around every corner. The well-known Zandvoort beach and the village of Bloemendaal are also easily reachable by bike or on foot. Your apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floors and is spacious and light. You enter via the living room where there is a sitting area (and bed settee), a dining area and a comfortable kitchen. Folding doors lead onto the beautiful balcony with outdoor furniture. A wooden staircase in the living room leads to the second floor where there is a spacious bedroom with large windows so you can even enjoy the view from the bed. Next to the bedroom is the luxury bathroom which has a shower, whirlpool and a sauna.
