The best of both worlds: the detached Pondarosa holiday villa offers exceptionally beautiful views out over the vast Breezand polder landscape and within a few minutes you can travel to the other side of the Noord-Hollands canal on the small ferry. Here you are within ten car-minutes of the broad sandy beach of Julianadorp aan zee. This welcoming group accommodation for twelve people has two bathroom on the ground floor and three wash basins on the second floor. The large dining table which seats twelve is an eye catcher in the cosily furnished Pondarosa living room. In the comfy seating area you will find a large leather corner sofa. At the large round table in the kitchen-diner you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the morning sunshine. Next to the Pondarosa holiday home kitchen is the utility room and a spacious bathroom. On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with two single beds. The other five spacious bedrooms are on the second floor, along with the second toilet. The beautifully laid out Pondarosa garden, which can be locked, has various cosy seating areas and there is enough space for a good game of football. Via a small gate you gain access to the front garden which is located by a small stream. Next to the house you will find the bulb-growing company of the owners of Pondarosa. They like to offer their guests an excursion and to explain about the bulb-growing world. Those who opt for Pondarosa in springtime can look forward to fresh flowers on the table as well as in the nearby fields. The nearby Anna Paulowna has an extensive range of shops and various good restaurants. Pondarosa is also a great base for the nearby country estate of Hoenderdaell, which is a lot more than just a zoo housing exotic creatures. Other day trips: the nature reserve on the edge of Kleine Sluis, the Westfriese market in Schagen and the famous cheese market in Alkmaar. Those who want to windsurf can go to the nearby Lutjestrand beach, and via the Afsluitdijk, within a fifteen minutes drive, you can be in Friesland in no time.

Each pavilion has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Bicycles can be parked in the storage space which also features a charging station for electrically powered bicycles. Each pavilion has parking space for two cars and free WiFi access.
Recreatiecentrum Bergumermeer
Recreatiecentrum Bergumermeer is een ideaal vakantieadres voor watersportliefhebbers. Het park beschikt over een jachthaven met trailerhelling. Je kunt je eigen boot meenemen op vakantie! Beschik je niet over een eigen boot, dan bestaat de mogelijkheid om een (zeil)boot of sloep te huren zodat je de schoonheid van Friesland vanaf het water kunt bekijken. Aan faciliteiten op het park is uiteraard ook gedacht. Zo kun je een groot deel van het jaar genieten van het overdekte water- en speelparadijs. Door de ligging aan het Bergumermeer en het Prinses Margrietkanaal heb je een prachtige uitvalsbasis voor het maken van mooie tochten per boot. Uiteraard kun je ook karakteristieke dorpjes en gezellige steden als Leeuwarden (ca. 21km). bezoeken. Tevens is het Nationaal Park De Alde Feanen met zijn vele meren, veenplassen, rietlanden en moerasbossen een bezoek waard. Wil je echt wat anders, dan kunt u een dagtochtje maken naar een van de Waddeneilanden. Het maken van een dagplanning zal dan ook geen probleem zijn.
Buitenplaats It Wiid
De verschillende type bungalows liggen verspreid over het waterrijke Buitenplaats It Wiid. Je hebt de keuze uit een 4-pers. (NL-9264-02, type 2-onder-1-kap), een 5-pers. (NL-9264-04), een 6-pers. variant (NL-9264-06) en een 8-pers. variant (NL-9264-07). Van de 4- en 8-pers. types is ook een wellnessvariant te boeken, resp. NL-9264-03 en NL-9264-08. Bij deze types heb je de beschikking over een afwasmachine, zonnebank en sauna. Vrijwel alle bungalows hebben een fraaie ligging aan het water en een eigen aanlegsteiger en zijn per boot bereibaar (max. breedte 2 m. en max. diepgang 0,90 m.). Alle bungalows beschikken over een tuin met terras en tuinmeubiliar.
