A Luxurious dune villa on an unique location on the isle of Vlieland. Near the forest and the beach entrance. Tacking a dip in the sea is definitely an option! The dune villa is situated on a sloping terrain with absolute privacy.The terraces with comfortable (lounging) chairs and large parasolsoffer beautiful far-reaching views across the forests and Vlieland’s lighthouse. A perfect place for enjoying the son and fresh sea air. The design is comfortable and light. The U-shaped living room is equipped with a cosy lounge area with an open fire. There is a complete kitchen with a cooking range and a long dining table, where you can enjoy some fantastic dinners. There are five spacious bedrooms on the first floor, all equipped with Auping-Auronde beds and there is also a bathroom with a bath, shower and two wash basins. On the attic floor are five more beds with exiting see through windows. There is a television and games room for the children in the basement. Plus there is a wellness area where you can enjoy the sauna, rain shower, steam cabin and the solarium. And last but not , an extra "apartment" with spacious bedroom, own sitting area, TV and a bathroom with bath and shower. This detached house is situated in a small holiday park. A ten minute walk from the woods and close to the IJsselmeer lake. An ideal environment to go for a lovely walk or bike ride. Er bietet eine fantastische Lage in der durch Ruhe und Wasser gekennzeichneten, typischen friesischen Landschaft. Nicht nur der Wassersportler kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten, denn auch wenn Sie gerne mit dem Rad fahren oder wandern, hat die Umgebung viel zu bieten.
