Ein Ferienhaus mit eigenem Boot Das Ferienhaus Zuiderhaven liegt direkt am Wasser in einem idyllischen, friesischen Dörfchen in der Nähe der Stadt Sneek. Am anderen Ufer sehen Sie den Hafen, und am Wasser warten schon ein kleines Motorboot und drei Kanu auf Sie, mit denen Sie über die Kanäle bis zum Sneekermeer fahren können. Die Aufteilung Ihres Ferienhauses Zuiderhaven ist ein freistehendes Haus, geeignet für fünf Personen. Über den Eingangsbereich gelangen Sie in das große Wohnzimmer, in dem Sie eine Sitz- und eine Essecke sowie eine moderne, offene Küche finden. Im ersten Stock liegen die vier Schlafzimmer und das neue Badezimmer. Im Garten können Sie sowohl in der Sonne als auch im Schatten sitzen, und im vorderen Gartenbereich steht den Kindern ein Trampolin zur Verfügung. Der Garten liegt direkt am Wasser, wo schon ein kleines Motorboot und drei Kanu für Sie bereit liegen. Die Umgebung In der Gegend rund um Zuiderhaven können Sie viel unternehmen. Sneek ist eine lebhafte Wassersportstadt im südwestlichen Friesland. Neben Wassersport auf dem Sneekermeer hat Sneek noch einiges mehr zu bieten. So gibt es beispielsweise verschiedene Museen, ein schönes Einkaufszentrum und viele Straßencafés, Restaurants und Bistros. Bitte beachten Sie: Das Sehelboot auf dem Hauptfoto gehört leider nicht zum Ferienhaus. Doch Ihnen können Sie ein kleines Motorboot mieten.

This delightful detached holiday home is situated in a spacious holiday park near Lake IJsselmeer, within walking distance of the convivial centre of Medemblik. This is the perfect setting for water lovers. Cross the dike and you are on the banks of Lake IJsselmeer! And there is a marina nearby, so if you want to bring a boat with you, you can arrange a mooring. Next to your holiday home there is also a small jetty onto a waterway where you can go fishing and sailing. Your holiday home has a large living room with a view of the garden and the water. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. At the holiday park you can hire an open boat with an ultra quiet electric motor and sail along a special route. A visit to the neighbouring sailing centre is also highly recommended. On warm summer days you can enjoy hanging out on the beach, which is just 200 metres away. And if the weather is not that good you can enjoy the water in the covered swimming pool just around the corner. Or you might like to spend the day in Medemblik – the oldest town in West Friesland.

Characteristic harbour house, two by two grouped around the harbour in the water sports village of Terherne at the Sneekermeer (lake). The wooden houses enjoy a comfortable temperature, they have a pleasant atmosphere and are equipped with all modern conveniences. A unique location to spend a comfortable night in a historic, nautical atmosphere. You will find an open kitchen and a lounge and dining room on the first floor, with a covered balcony on the harbour side. Ideal for enjoying the outside early on in the spring. Plus this layout has resulted in beautiful views across the harbour with all its classic ships. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, each with two beds, a sanitary area and a veranda by the door. A fantastic place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of rose. Or perhaps to pass the time of day and exchange information on the day’s events with the ship owners. The owner has given each harbour house its own name, whereby the history, sport, Friesians, writers, etc, have all been considered. Something characteristic about the name giver makes a return in the houses. Terherne is surrounded by water and it’s therefore no coincidence that the village has grown into a water sports village with international allure. Plenty of sailing possibilities. You can rent a boat or sloop via the owner. If you plan on arriving with your own sloop or sailing boat, then a mooring place in the harbour is available for your use.

Deze authentieke Friese Stelpboerderij met Koetshuis en Theehuis is in 2001/2002 geheel gerenoveerd. Het huis bestaat bij binnenkomst uit een grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte (110 m2) met 8-hoekige vide (8 m. hoog), waar u met z’n allen aan tafel kunt. (gestemde piano). Hier omheen 2 smaakvol ingerichte woonkamers met haardvuur. Ook aangrenzend de groepskeuken en stijlkamer met bedstee. Beneden zijn 5 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. De verdieping (120 m2) is vooral relaxruimte en speelhoek voor de kinderen. Hier is een sauna , 7 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. De tweede verdieping (120 m2) heeft een kindertheater met verkleedkleren, tafeltennis en tafelvoetbal. Hier zijn 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Het Koetshuis: Hier zijn 5 slaapkamers (rolstoelgebruikers) en badkamer (aangepast) en een open bad. Er bevindt zich buiten een authentieke Litouwse Hot-tube voor 8 personen, gemaakt van prachtig eikenhout. Er zijn geen buren. Strand op 5 km. Waddenzee op 2 km. Let op: het hout wat u gratis wordt geleverd is voor binnenhuis gebruik. Voor buitenshuis gebruik kunt u tegen betaling hout aanvragen bij de huiseigenaar.
