Das Zentrum des Ortes Zutphen mit seinen hübschen Geschäften und Restaurants liegt 7 Kilometer von Ihrem Ferienhaus entfernt. Die Aufteilung des Ferienhauses Über den Eingangsbereich des Ferienhauses Cortenoever erreichen Sie das Ursprünglichkeit ausstrahlende Wohnzimmer, in dem eine bequem Sitzecke und ein offener Kamin stehen. Hier können Sie gemütlich sitzen und dabei den bezaubernden Blick in den großen Garten genießen. Am langen Esstisch findet die ganze Familie Platz. An das Wohnzimmer grenzt die im Landhausstil eingerichtete Küche, die mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet ist. Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss liegen zwei Schlafzimmer für jeweils zwei Personen, eines davon mit direktem Zugang zum Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und doppeltem Waschtisch.
