Hinter der prächtigen, lilanen Rhododendronhecke haben Sie eine eigene Terrasse. Die Inneneinrichtung von „Berger Cottage" ist sehr gepflegt und mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgestattet. Alles ist ebenerdig. Das Wohnzimmer hat an der Sitzecke einen Flachbildfernseher und für die frischeren Abende einen gemütlichen Gaskamin. Die offene Küche ist mit allem Luxus ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Flügeltüren zum Garten. Das separate Badezimmer hat eine Dusche. Der Eigentümer stellt freundlicherweise zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. This modern country house is located at the foot of the beautiful Groet forest and dune area. You can reach the beach at Schoorl aan Zee or Camperduin by bicycle in just ten minutes. You will also have plenty of opportunities for exploring the beautiful area surrounding the North Holland dune reserve with the extensive network of walking and cycling routes. Groet boasts several cosy restaurants, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner after a long walk or bike ride. The living room has been attractively furnished with a spacious lounge area and a cosy open fire. The large dining table offers excellent views of the garden and the North Holland polder landscape. The cosy kitchen with adjoining utility room is equipped with all modern conveniences. You will find two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and the bathroom with a bath on the first floor.
