Cosy holiday home for 6 persons, situated in the polder. You have got a fantastic view over the meadows and the dunes of Camperduin. Your holiday home is part of a characteristic farm house. You’ve got your own terrace. The beach is a fifteen-minutes walk away and the cosy village Groet twenty minutes. In Groet you find a few shops, one small supermarket and some nice restaurants where you can sit one the terrace too. Your holiday home is located in the back side of the farmer house. The owners live in another part. This spot is perfect for one who loves the nature. Because of the unique view one will relax. In the meadows are cows, sheep and horses. The surrounding is perfect for one who loves walking or cycling. You find a beautiful bird nature reserve close by your holiday home. And -of course- you can walk along the dunes. The holiday home is at street level. You find a cosy living with a sitting area including a tv plus dvd-player, a dining table and a comfortable open kitchen. One two-bedded room, one double room and one bedroom with a bunk bed border to the living. The bathroom contains a bath and a shower.

Vakantiehuis Zonnig Egmond ligt in een rustige woonwijk in het Noord-Hollandse Egmond aan de Hoef. Naast de heerlijke, ruime tuin bevindt zich een vijvertje en er is een steiger aanwezig. Op 10 minuten fietsen vindt u het centrum van kustdorp Egmond aan Zee, met veel gezellige terrasjes, restaurants en winkels die 7 dagen per week open zijn. Zonnig Egmond is geschikt voor 6 personen. Vakantiehuis Zonnig Egmond is sfeervol en hip ingericht. De ouderslaapkamer en een kinderkamer bevinden zich op de eerste etage. De tweede kinderkamer bevindt zich op de zolderverdieping. This one-of-a-kind luxury apartment is in a fantastic area right on the beach with unique views over the sea. In the mornings you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony or outside at one of the trendy cafes, and in the evenings you have a wide choice of places to dine – most beach cafes have a good menu from Spanish tapas to Eastern flavours … The area is perfect for cyclists and hikers who like interesting routes with something different around every corner. The well-known Zandvoort beach and the village of Bloemendaal are also easily reachable by bike or on foot. Your apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floors and is spacious and light. You enter via the living room where there is a sitting area (and bed settee), a dining area and a comfortable kitchen. Folding doors lead onto the beautiful balcony with outdoor furniture. A wooden staircase in the living room leads to the second floor where there is a spacious bedroom with large windows so you can even enjoy the view from the bed. Next to the bedroom is the luxury bathroom which has a shower, whirlpool and a sauna.
