This modern country house is located at the foot of the beautiful Groet forest and dune area. You can reach the beach at Schoorl aan Zee or Camperduin by bicycle in just ten minutes. You will also have plenty of opportunities for exploring the beautiful area surrounding the North Holland dune reserve with the extensive network of walking and cycling routes. Groet boasts several cosy restaurants, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner after a long walk or bike ride. The living room has been attractively furnished with a spacious lounge area and a cosy open fire. The large dining table offers excellent views of the garden and the North Holland polder landscape. The cosy kitchen with adjoining utility room is equipped with all modern conveniences. You will find two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and the bathroom with a bath on the first floor. One extra double bed is situated in a room (with windows), which van be reached by some steep stairs and a shutter in the scullery (perfect for extra children). The garden is large enough for a game of football, but also offers those looking for peace and tranquillity plenty of options. The extensive offering of garden furniture means you can create various different seating areas, ensuring you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day!

Attractive, detached holiday home, situated along a quiet road in the heart of Groet. You can walk straight into the beautiful forest and dune area from behind the house. The beach is just a thirty minute walk away. The design is a combination of modern and classic and the ground floor is split level. The renewed lounge area has a cosy open fire and you can reach the comfortabel kitchen via a step, which is equipped with all modern conveniences. The recently renovated bathroom has a shower. The house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties because of the many steps. There is a beautifully landscaped garden around the house and the various different terraces ensure you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day.

„Helmgras II" ist ein modernes Ferienhaus, fußläufig vom Strand von Egmond aan Zee entfernt. Für den Strandliebhaber ist dies dann auch das perfekte Feriendomizil. Das gesellige Zentrum von Egmond aan Zee mit verschiedenen netten Restaurants und Geschäften erreichen Sie in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. „Helmgras II" verfügt über ein behagliches Wohnzimmer sowie eine offene Küche mit einem Esstisch für vier Personen. Die Küche ist mit allem modernen Komfort ausgestattet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sowie das Bad mit Dusche befinden sich auf derselben Wohnebene; das Ferienhaus ist vollständig ebenerdig. Vor dem Ferienhaus wartet eine schöne Terrasse mit ausreichend Gartenmobiliar auf Sie. Egmond aan Zee ist ein geselliges Dorf an der Küste und im Sommer findet jeden Mittwochnachmittag ein Flohmarkt statt, auf dem Sie hübsche Verkaufsstände besuchen können. Am Strand von Egmond aan Zee befinden sich mehrere einladende Pavillons, von denen die meisten ganzjährig geöffnet sind.
Park Westerkogge
Park Westerkogge, ligt in de gemeente Koggenland in het dorpje Berkhout. Oude bomen en brede hagen beïnvloeden het beeld op dit vakantiepark. Naast een gedeelte waar de chalets staan, is een deel gereserveerd voor kampeerders. Het park heeft diverse faciliteiten waaronder een openlucht zwembad met kinderbadje. Er kunnen fluisterbootjes en elektrische scooters gehuurd worden. De omgeving is divers; molens, bollenvelden, sloten en brede vaarten omringen het gebied. De ultieme rust van het vele water op het park beleven? Huur dan een kano, of gooi een hengeltje uit. Ga je er liever op uit? Op slechts 7 km. van het park ligt het Ijsselmeer met surf-/zeilstrand. De gezellige stad Hoorn met leuke jachthavens, winkelstraatjes en restaurants ligt op een goed te overbruggen afstand van Berkhout. Grotere steden als Amsterdam, Haarlem en Alkmaar zijn binnen 30 autominuten te bereiken. Andere aanraders in de buurt zijn; het overdekte zwemparadijs in Hoorn, Sprookjeswonderland in Enkhuizen, de stoomtrein naar Medemblik, het Zuiderzee museum, De Zaanse Schans in Zaandam en de gezellige kustplaatsen Bergen, Egmond en Schoorl.
