The house is very suitable for families up to 6 people, who want to enjoy an ideal location between town and beach with all amenities within reach. House Somerstaete is a typical town house dating from the early twentieth century and extensively renovated by the current owners while maintaining detail and equipped with modern comforts. On the ground floor is a spacious living room suite with original sliding doors. The seating area is a modern lounge area with smart TV (including Netflix, HBO, etc.) and in the back room is the dining table that seats up to eight people and a gas fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances and a breakfast bar for three people.
