Villapark De Rijp
Villapark De Rijp ligt centraal in Noord-Holland. Midden in de polder maar op korte afstand van grote steden als Amsterdam, Alkmaar en Zaanstad. Het park is medio 2012 geopend en beschikt over moderne vakantievilla’s, gebouwd in de Zaanse stijl, typerdend voor dit gedeelte van Nederland. Er wordt hard gewerkt aan de centrale faciliteiten, zoals een overdekt zwembad, wellness en tennisbanen. Naar alle waarschijnlijkheid worden deze faciliteiten eind 2013 geopend. In 2013 kan je al we gebruik maken van de speeltuin, openlucht zwembad en fietsverhuur. Buiten het park is ook meer dan voldoende te beleven. Binnen een straal van tien autominuten afstand, keer je eenvoudig terug naar de sfeer van de 17de eeuw. Dit kan in dorpen als De Rijp, Middenbeemster of Driehuizen en natuurlijk bij de Zaanse Schans. Bezoek ook de molens in de Schermer, die onlangs nog geheel gerestaureerd zijn. Ook de historische steden en plaatsjes als Hoorn, Volendam of Edam zijn eenvoudig te bereiken en een bezoek zeker waard. Het IJsselmeer, de Noordzee en de mooie Hollandse duingebieden zijn ook prima te bereiken. Oók per fiets! De authentieke bouwstijl, het waterrijke gebied en de centrale ligging tezamen vormen de ingrediënten die Villapark De Rijp tot een prima toeristische locatie maken. Attractive, detached holiday home, situated along a quiet road in the heart of Groet. You can walk straight into the beautiful forest and dune area from behind the house. The beach is just a thirty minute walk away. The design is a combination of modern and classic and the ground floor is split level. The renewed lounge area has a cosy open fire and you can reach the comfortabel kitchen via a step, which is equipped with all modern conveniences. The recently renovated bathroom has a shower. The house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties because of the many steps. There is a beautifully landscaped garden around the house and the various different terraces ensure you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day.

Villa Danielle is a thatch-roofed, detached villa in a peaceful lane in Bergen. Relaxation and enjoyment are the motto here. From this holiday home you can visit the beautiful village of Bergen or the Bergen aan Zee beach. You can also walk straight into the Bergerbos with its vast woodland/dune area. Attention: arrival and departure on Monday. Arrival: 08.07 / 15.07 Departure: 15.07 / 22.07 On the ground floor of the holiday villa you will find a spacious living room, furnished in a modern way, with a welcoming (gas) fireplace by the seating area. The luxurious open-plan kitchen with every conceivable appliance lies adjacent to the living room. On the first floor of Villa Danielle there are two large bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and an extra bathroom. The second floor once more has two spacious bedrooms. There is also a relaxation space where you will find, among other things, a flat screen television. Villa Danielle is surrounded by a nice garden with a trampoline, and with a bit of luck the two chickens that live in a henhouse in the garden will provide you with a fresh egg every morning. Besides the chickens, you share the house with a lovely housecat, would you please be so kind to feed them.
