Comfort Villa 20-pers. is a comfortable holiday home in Arcen, situated in a welcoming holiday park with many facilities. The holiday home has a unique location in the national reserve of De Maasduinen by the river Maas. The holiday home is detached and has a spacious garden with terrace. The living room has a welcoming seating area with a gas fireplace and French doors to the terrace. There is an open-plan kitchen with a large dining table seating twenty. On the ground floor you will also find two bedrooms, each with two single beds and both with their own bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, suitable for disabled people. On the first floor of the holiday home you will find yet another eight bedrooms, each with two single beds and a flat screen TV. Moreover, each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The layout/furnishings, exterior and location of the holiday homes may vary. In the park of the Comfort Villa 20-pers. holiday home there is plenty to do. For example there is an indoor swimming pool with a paddling pool which is a good place to have a great time during bad weather. When the sun is shining and the weather is fine you can go to the leisure lake. The children can have a wonderful time in the water, whilst you are watching from the sandy beach. At the weekends and school holidays there is a recreational team present which will give your children the holiday of their life, while you enjoy your free time carefree. Outside the park of Comfort Villa 20-pers. there is also plenty to do. You can completely relax in the Thermaalbad Arcen (thermal bath), visit the beautiful castle gardens or enjoy the Burgundy hospitality of the Hertog Jan beer brewery. Nature lovers can enjoy themselves to their heart’s content in the De Maasduinen national park. Taking a walking or cycling tour through the varied landscape with woodlands and heathland is certainly recommendable. Oppe Winckel – De Biemösj
In het Limburgse Posterholt, aan de rand van het dorp, ligt dit vakantiehuis met twee comfortabel en sfeervol ingerichte appartementen, beide met eigen ingang. Dit appartement op de parterre is rolstoeltoegankelijk. Het andere appartement ligt op de eerste etage. Op de binnenplaats achter het huis is een terras waar gasten van beide appartementen kunnen vertoeven. Posterholt is een kerkdorp van de gemeente Roerdalen en ligt in Midden-Limburg, circa 10km ten zuiden van Roermond. De talrijke wandel-, fiets- en ruiterroutes voeren je door dit groene, landelijke en bosrijke gebied. Nationaal Park De Meinweg is een prachtig recreatiegebied en ligt op circa 12km afstand. Een zeer gevarieerd en reliëfrijk landschap met heidevelden, vennen, beekdalen en bossen zal de natuurliefhebber zeker aanspreken. Posterholt vormt ook een ideale uitvalsbasis voor het maken van uitstapjes naar onder andere Maastricht, Roermond, Weert en Düsseldorf. De grootte en comfortniveau’s op Center Parcs Het Heijderbos geven je de mogelijkheid een woning op maat te kiezen. Het type ‘Comfort’ is eenvoudig en verzorgd ingericht. Je hebt hierin de keuze uit een 4-pers. (NL-6598-04), 6-pers. (NL-6598-05) en een 8-pers. (NL-6598-06) accommodatie. De 2-pers. studio ‘Premium’ (NL-6598-07) is voorzien van modern apparatuur. De 4-pers. (NL-6598-08) en 6-pers. (NL-6598-09) cottages in deze categorie zijn extra uitgebreid met een afwasmachine. Voor echte luxe is de 4-pers. VIP (NL-6598-10) zeer geschikt. Je beschikt hier over twee badkamers waarvan één als wellness is ingericht. Deze is onder andere voorzien van een finse of infrarood sauna. De 4-pers. Eden VIP (NL-6598-11) doet hier nog een stapje bovenop door niet alleen ruimer te zijn, maar hier ook een bubbelbad aan toe te voegen. Welke variant je ook boekt, je beschikt altijd over een sfeervolle open haard en een privé terras met tuinmeubilair.

De natuur begint bij de voordeur. De 350 vrijstaande accommodaties zijn zo gesitueerd, dat de bestaande natuur zoveel mogelijk behouden is gebleven. Je kunt kiezen uit verschillende type accommodaties. Zo is er het standaardtype (4-pers. type Quatro, gelijkvloers, BE-3530-04, een 5-pers. type Penta, BE-3530-09) en een 6-pers. type Novis, BE-3530-10). Deze bungalows hebben een puntdak en zijn grotendeels uit hout opgetrokken. De inrichting is verzorgd en afgewerkt met veel hout. Er is ook een type 4-pers. Greenhouse (BE-3530-22). Dit is een modern chalet met alle comfort zoals een afwasmachine, combimagnatron en gezellige, electrische sfeerhaard. Je kunt ook de luxe Comfort-Plus types kiezen. Dit zijn ruim opgezette vrijstaande villa’s en bungalows met alle gemakken die je in deze tijd mag verwachten. Zo vind je er een afwasmachine, Dolby Surround systeem en wastafels in de grotere slaapkamers. De inrichting is luxe en compleet. Je kunt kiezen uit een 6-8 pers. villa, type Agora (BE-3530-02), een 8-10 pers. villa type Patio (BE-3530-18) of een 4-pers. bungalow, type Relaxis (BE-3530-21).
