The holiday home is detached and has a spacious garden with terrace. The living room has a welcoming seating area with a gas fireplace and French doors to the terrace. There is an open-plan kitchen with a large dining table seating twenty. On the ground floor you will also find two bedrooms, each with two single beds and both with their own bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, suitable for disabled people. On the first floor of the holiday home you will find yet another eight bedrooms, each with two single beds and a flat screen TV. Moreover, each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The layout/furnishings, exterior and location of the holiday homes may vary. In the park of the Comfort Villa 20-pers. holiday home there is plenty to do. For example there is an indoor swimming pool with a paddling pool which is a good place to have a great time during bad weather. When the sun is shining and the weather is fine you can go to the leisure lake. The children can have a wonderful time in the water, whilst you are watching from the sandy beach. Op dit mooie vakantiepark heeft u de keuze uit verschillende accommodaties. Zo zijn er twee 4-pers. types waarvan één met standaard inrichting (NL-6002-01) en één uitgebreid met bijvoorbeeld een Playstation 2 en een roeiboot (NL-6002-04). Deze laatste bungalows liggen aan de gracht van een groot ven. Wilt u wat meer ruimte? Dan kunt u voor de geschakelde 6-pers. bungalow (NL-6002-02) of voor een vrijstaande 6-pers. bungalow (NL-6002-05) kiezen. Ook voor groepen zijn geschikte accommodaties op het park te vinden. Ook kunt u tal van uitstapjes maken in Zuid Limburg naar een van de steden; Maastricht, Heerlen, Luik en Aken of heerlijk fietsen en wandelen in de bosrijke omgeving.
Het huis op de heuvel
Het prachtige Zuid-Limburg verkennen met als uitvalsbasis een comfortabel en charmant woonhuis in een typisch Zuid-Limburgs dorpje? Deze twee-onder-één-kapwoning, waarvan u het rechterdeel huurt, is dan een goede keuze. Het huis is licht en modern ingericht en heeft comfortabele bedden. U vindt er alles wat u nodig hebt, inclusief gratis draadloos internet. De rustige groene straat biedt veel parkeergelegenheid. Op het grote, zonnige balkon kijkt u heerlijk uit over Simpelveld en het typisch Limburgse heuvellandschap. De op het zuiden gelegen achtertuin is volledig omheind zodat kinderen vrij kunnen spelen. De vakantiewoning ligt prachtig aan de rand van Simpelveld, waardoor u zo op pad kunt om het mooie landschap te verkennen. Ook het centrum met goede voorzieningen is op loopafstand. In de directe omgeving zijn veel mooie wandelgebieden. Veel fietsliefhebbers komen graag in Zuid-Limburg. Bekende wielrenroutes lopen vrijwel langs het huis. Fietsen kunt u veilig stallen in de afgesloten tuin. Ook bestaat de mogelijkheid om gratis fietsen te lenen. Het is circa 10 kilometer rijden naar de Duitse of Belgische grens. Uiteraard zijn de mooie steden Aken en Maastricht een bezoek waard. Ook het gezellige, toeristische Valkenburg bereikt u gemakkelijk.
