In het Limburgse heuvelland, temidden van natuur en toch centraal gelegen ten opzichte van de aantrekkelijke steden Maastricht, Valkenburg en Aken, ligt deze monumentale carré-boerderij. De woning is huiselijk en comfortabel ingericht en ligt op een prima locatie om het mooie heuvelland al fietsend of wandelend te ontdekken. De huiseigenaar biedt de mogelijkheid om in overleg een paard mee te brengen. Er zijn boxen beschikbaar, evenals weidegang en wagenstalling. De tuin is omheind maar niet privé. Vanuit Craubeek wandel en fietst u zo het prachtige Limburgse heuvelland in, dat bekend staat om uitgestrekte glooiende akkers, fruitboomgaarden en de kenmerkende Limburgse holle wegen. Het dichtbij gelegen Valkenburg (7km) biedt vele winkels, horecagelegenheden, mergelsteengrotten en ook sauna- en wellnesscomplex Thermae 2000. Cultuurliefhebbers bezoeken natuurlijk de sfeervolle stad Maastricht (18km) en kasteel Hoensbroek (7km).

Geniet van je vakantie in dit vakantiehuis midden in het Westerwald. Hier kun je je zorgen achter je laten en tochten maken door Rothaar- en Westerwaldsteig. Het huis bestaat uit twee etages en wordt alleen door jou bewoond. Je hebt de beschikking over een overdekt terras en een groot erf. Voor het dorp ligt ‘s winters een geprepareerde langlaufloipe. In de directe omgeving vind je veel aantrekkelijke vrijetijdsmogelijkheden: Rothaarsteig-wandelroute, Westerwaldsteig, druipsteengrotten, golfen aan de Wiesensee, de brouwerij in Hachenburg met zijn mooie historische stadskern. De 4-pers. geschakelde en gelijkvloerse bungalows op Bungalowpark Schin op Geul zijn er in vier verschillende varianten; Standaard (NL-6342-04), Comfort (NL-6342-05), Royal (NL-6342-06) en de variant Royal met sauna (NL-6342-07). Bij het Comfort type, beschik je naast de bij het type Standaard genoemde zaken, extra over een afwasmachine, Senseo en boxspringbedden. Bij het type Royal, beschik je naast de bij het type Comfort genoemde zaken, extra over een gemoderniseerde woon- en badkamer. Het type Royal met sauna is ruimer dan het type Royal. Er is tevens een apart toilet en beschikt over een infrarood sauna. Bij alle types beschik je over een tuin met terras en tuinmeubilair. Bungalowpark Schin op Geul ligt in een heuvelachtig gebied. Hierdoor kunnen er zich relatief steile wegen bevinden op het park. Het is een autovrij park. Op de dagen van aankomst en vertrek, mag de auto worden uit- en ingeladen. Gedurende het verblijf, parkeer je de auto op de centrale parkeerplaats.
