On the ground floor you will also find two bedrooms, each with two single beds and both with their own bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, suitable for disabled people. On the first floor of the holiday home you will find yet another eight bedrooms, each with two single beds and a flat screen TV. Moreover, each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The layout/furnishings, exterior and location of the holiday homes may vary. In the park of the Comfort Villa 20-pers. holiday home there is plenty to do. For example there is an indoor swimming pool with a paddling pool which is a good place to have a great time during bad weather. De groepsaccommodaties op Bungalowpark Schin op Geul zijn er in twee varianten; een 8-pers. (NL-6342-11) en een 12-pers. (NL-63421-12) variant. Beide types beschikken over een gemoderniseerde woonkamer, twee badkamers en een complete keuken met combimagntron, afwasmachine en koel/vriescombinatie. Er zijn resp. vier en zes slaapkamers, elk met twee 1-pers. boxspringbedden die in sommige kamers in een 2-pers. opstelling staan. In minimaal een van de slaapkamers is een extra TV aanwezig. Bij beide types beschik je over een tuin met terras en tuinmeubilair.

De vrijstaande, gethematiseerde boerderijvilla’s staan verspreid over het ruim opgezette park. Ze zijn alle zeer comfortabel ingericht en beschikken over moderne gemakken als vloerverwarming, een Playstation 3 en draadloos internet. Ze staan op grote kavels en zijn er in verschillende groottes van 5- tot 13 personen. Bij de grotere varianten (vanaf 7-pers.) bevinden zich één of meer slaapkamers en een badkamer op de begane grond. Ideaal als bijvoorbeeld opa en oma mee gaan op vakantie! Bij de boerderijvilla’s vind je een fraai aangelegde tuin en een (overdekt) terras met tuinmeubilair.
