Het vakantiehuisje is geschikt voor zes personen en perfect voor natuurliefhebbers. Wat deze woning uniek maakt, is de omvangrijke raampartij die zorgt voor veellicht in de woning in combinatie met de stijlvolle inrichting. Als je hier op je eigen terras tijdens een gezellige barbecue heb je het gevoel in het bos te verblijven. Naast bomen en veel groen kenmerkt het park zich door een mooi Ven. Er is een restaurant waar je een maaltijd kan krijgen of iets kunt drinken op het terras. Kinderen kunnen zich vermaken met de diverse speelattributen van het park. In de direct omgeving vind je natuurgebieden als Tungelerwallen en de Strampoyse heide. Deze 19e-eeuwse boerderij ligt landelijk op een paar honderd meter van de Belgische grens en op 2km afstand van het Limburgse plaatsje Stramproy. De boerderij heeft nog vele kenmerkende details, zoals de groene luiken, de houten deuren met deurbeslag en de balken aan het plafond. Dit alles is vanzelfsprekend wel aangevuld met modern comfort, bijvoorbeeld in de stijlvolle keuken. In de grote open middenruimte in de woning kun je heerlijk zitten rondom het haardvuur. Er is bovendien een tafeltennistafel en speelgoed, dus ook volop vermaak voor kinderen. De vakantiewoning bevindt zich op een perceel van circa 3 hectare, aan het eind van een verharde weg, grenzend aan bos en weilanden. Het is een rustige plek waar je heerlijk kunt ontspannen en de kinderen naar hartenlust kunnen spelen. In de directe omgeving kun je heerlijk wandelen en fietsen en er zijn diverse mogelijkheden voor leuke uitstapjes, zoals het bezoeken van de oude stadjes Thorn en Maaseik en recreatiegebied de IJzeren Man. Bijzonderheden: Katten zijn in deze woning niet toegestaan. Er mag alleen gerookt worden bij de open haard en in de keuken. De rest van het huis is rookvrij. Bij winterse periode dient u rekening te houden met hogere stookkosten.
