The layout/furnishings, exterior and location of the holiday homes may vary. In the park of the Wellness zwembadvilla 8 holiday home there is plenty to do. For example there is an indoor swimming pool with a paddling pool which is a good place to have a great time during bad weather. Het Fins chalet heeft door het gebruik van Noord Europees vurenhouten wanden zowel interieur als exterieur een sfeervolle en warme uitstraling. Het chalet is compleet ingericht en voorzien van een keuken met combimagnetron. Twee slaapkamers, waarvan 1 met stapelbed, elk geschikt voor 2 personen. Badkamer met douche en toilet grenzend aan een tweepersoons Finse sauna.
Het achterhuis
Uniek gelegen op de grens tussen natuurgebied de Maasduinen en Duitsland bevindt zich deze prachtige boerderij uit 1912, waarvan een gedeelte is omgebouwd tot modern vakantiehuis. Leuk zijn enkele bijzondere verwijzingen naar zijn oorsprong. Zo is het plafond van de woon/ eetkamer gedecoreerd met een koeienpatroon en er zijn twee kamers met een moderne variant van de bedstee (zeer leuk voor kinderen). Maar het ontbreekt hier zeker niet aan modern comfort. Zo beschikken bijvoorbeeld alle slaapkamers over een eigen badkamer. Maar hoe mooi het binnen ook is, het werkelijke hoogtepunt van deze locatie is de prachtige natuur. Voor de deur ligt een prachtige natuurvijver waar bij goed weer (eventueel) in gezwommen kan worden. De vijver trekt bijzonderen dieren uit de omtrek aan die u hier kunt spotten zoals: de ijsvogel, diverse uilen, marters, hermelijnen, zwaluwen en zelfs de ree heeft hier de drink en rustplaats ontdekt. Het natuurgebied de Maasduinen is zeer uniek en biedt mogelijkheden voor heerlijk wandelen en fietsen. De eigenaar van dit vakantiehuis kan er veel over vertellen. Een andere tip is het openlucht museum van Xanten, op slechts een half uurtje rijden, kunt u hier de Romeinse tijd herbeleven. Het energieverbruik voor de woning is CO2-neutraal. Er word 100 % gebruik gemaakt van biomassa: energie in de vorm van hout, houtpellets en groene energie. Ook wordt er weloverwogen omgegaan met afvalscheiding. Het huis is gelegen in een natuurlijk, rustig buitengebied. Gezelschappen die willen feesten tot laat in de avond/nacht met harde muziek of andere geluiden, passen dan ook niet in de doelgroep die geschikt is voor dit verblijf, verwacht wordt dat het huisreglement nageleefd wordt.
Geuldal
Dit fijne appartement ligt op de begane grond van een huis in Valkenburg. Vanaf hier loop je in circa 5 minuten naar treinstation van Valkenburg en in circa 10 minuten ben je in het historische centrum. Valkenburg is bekend vanwegen zijn zeer gezellige binnenstad met vele terrasjes, het pretpark de Valkenier, de mergelgrotten (waar elk jaar de kerstmarkten woren gehouden) en de Leeuw bierbrouwerij. Daarnaast heeft Valkenburg een groot casino en het wellness resort thermae 2000, kortom hier hoeft u zich niet te vervelen.
