Wellness zwembadvilla 8 is a comfortable holiday home in Arcen, situated in a welcoming holiday park with many facilities. The holiday home has a unique location in the national reserve of De Maasduinen by the river Maas. The holiday home is detached and has a spacious garden with terrace. In the basement is a pool (9m x 3.5m) with jet stream, combined sauna (infrared and traditional), toilet, sun shower, lounge chairs, washing machine, kitchenette with fridge and access to a secluded sunken sitting area with Jacuzzi and garden furniture. The living room has a welcoming seating area with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. There is an open-plan kitchen with a dining table seating eight. On the ground floor you will also find two bedrooms, each with two single beds and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms has their own bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the first floor of the holiday home you will find yet another two bedrooms, each with two single beds and a flat screen TV. Moreover, each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The layout/furnishings, exterior and location of the holiday homes may vary. In the park of the Wellness zwembadvilla 8 holiday home there is plenty to do. For example there is an indoor swimming pool with a paddling pool which is a good place to have a great time during bad weather. When the sun is shining and the weather is fine you can go to the leisure lake. The children can have a wonderful time in the water, whilst you are watching from the sandy beach. At the weekends and school holidays there is a recreational team present which will give your children the holiday of their life, while you enjoy your free time carefree. Outside the park of Wellness zwembadvilla 8 there is also plenty to do. You can completely relax in the Thermaalbad Arcen (thermal bath), visit the beautiful castle gardens or enjoy the Burgundy hospitality of the Hertog Jan beer brewery. Nature lovers can enjoy themselves to their heart’s content in the De Maasduinen national park. Taking a walking or cycling tour through the varied landscape with woodlands and heathland is certainly recommendable. Dit prachtige vakantiehuis staat geheel vrij op een kleinschalig vakantiepark in Noord Limburg. Het huis is sfeervol ingericht met warme kleuren en stijlvolle accessoires. Vanwege de ligging in een natuurrijke omgeving is gekozen voor een Lodge achtige aankleding. Het is heerlijk toeven op het grote terras voor het huis. Het natuurrijke vakantiepark ‘t Vosseven, waar deze accommodatie is gelegen, ligt dichtbij de Belgische grens. Op het autoluwe park staat rust en natuur centraal, het park wordt gekenmerkt door een prachtig ven. Er is een heerlijk restaurant waar je kunt genieten van een diverse gerechten of een kop koffie met Limburgse vlaai. En voor kinderen zijn er diverse speeltoestellen. De bosrijke en zeer landelijke omgeving met natuurgebieden als Tungelerwallen, de Grote Peel, en de Strampoyse heide lenen zich voor eindeloos wandelen en fietsen. De luxe vakantiewoningen staan zonder uitzondering op een ruime kavel met een mooi aangelegde tuin, hebben een heerlijk terras en beschikken over een eigen parkeerplaats. Bijna alle accommodaties hebben, door het onderlinge hoogteverschil, vrij uitzicht op de recreatievijver, op het bos of over de uitgestrekte Brunssummerheide. De vrijstaande en gelijkvloerse woningen zijn comfortabel en modern ingericht. Deze inrichting kan onderling verschillen, de getoonde foto’s zijn dan ook indicatiebeelden. Ze hebben 2 of 3 slaapkamers, een luxe keuken met inbouwapparatuur (vaak met vaatwasser en combimagnetron) en een mooie complete badkamer. Kortom; een prima bestemming om er even lekker helemaal uit te zijn in eigen land! Boekingen van samenreizenden anders dan in gezinsverband (bijv. groepen jongeren) zijn alleen op aanvraag mogelijk. Het park behoud zich het recht voor om dergelijke boekingen te weigeren en ter plaatse andere voorwaarden te hanteren mbt waarborg.

De natuur begint bij de voordeur. De 350 vrijstaande accommodaties zijn zo gesitueerd, dat de bestaande natuur zoveel mogelijk behouden is gebleven. Je kunt kiezen uit verschillende type accommodaties. Zo is er het standaardtype (4-pers. type Quatro, gelijkvloers, BE-3530-04, een 5-pers. type Penta, BE-3530-09) en een 6-pers. type Novis, BE-3530-10). Deze bungalows hebben een puntdak en zijn grotendeels uit hout opgetrokken. De inrichting is verzorgd en afgewerkt met veel hout. Er is ook een type 4-pers. Greenhouse (BE-3530-22). Dit is een modern chalet met alle comfort zoals een afwasmachine, combimagnatron en gezellige, electrische sfeerhaard. Je kunt ook de luxe Comfort-Plus types kiezen. Dit zijn ruim opgezette vrijstaande villa’s en bungalows met alle gemakken die je in deze tijd mag verwachten. Zo vind je er een afwasmachine, Dolby Surround systeem en wastafels in de grotere slaapkamers. De inrichting is luxe en compleet. Je kunt kiezen uit een 6-8 pers. villa, type Agora (BE-3530-02), een 8-10 pers. villa type Patio (BE-3530-18) of een 4-pers. bungalow, type Relaxis (BE-3530-21). Voor extra luxe, boek je het type Villa. Deze is er in een 4-6 pers. variant (BE-3530-23). Buiten het comfort van de Comfort-plus types, heb je in de villa beschikking over een infrarood sauna. Alle accommodaties beschikken standaard over een (in sommige gevallen omheind) terras met tuinmeubelen en zijn voorzien van één kinderbed (zonder bedlinnen) en één kinderstoel. Bijzonderheden; de genoemde prijzen zijn voor de Standaard en Greenhouse types inclusief 30 kWh aan elektriciteit en 0,5m3 aan water per dag.
