Deze 19e-eeuwse boerderij ligt landelijk op een paar honderd meter van de Belgische grens en op 2km afstand van het Limburgse plaatsje Stramproy. De boerderij heeft nog vele kenmerkende details, zoals de groene luiken, de houten deuren met deurbeslag en de balken aan het plafond. Dit alles is vanzelfsprekend wel aangevuld met modern comfort, bijvoorbeeld in de stijlvolle keuken. In de grote open middenruimte in de woning kun je heerlijk zitten rondom het haardvuur. Deze ruime vakantiewoning bevindt zich in de schilderachtige fruitstreek Haspengouw. Het huis is sfeervol ingericht en beschikt over een ruime tuin met speeltoestellen. Na een dag in de buitenlucht is het heerlijk ontspannen in de sauna en buiten-jacuzzi. In dit deel van Haspengouw is de Vlaamse televisieserie Katarakt opgenomen.
