Detached villa, built in entirely authentic Wieringer style, located within a small scale recreational park, just behind the dike at the Wadden Sea. Far away from all the busyness … The rural ‘mini village’ has a picturesque look and has been constructed entirely in the style of some 100 yearsago: ‘grandmother’s time’, where brick-paved roads, shell paths and grass strips were lit by traditional street lanterns in the evening. This holiday home is brand new and at this moment the interior is being taken care of. As soon a photos are available we will show them online. Despite the authentic image, the villa will have a comfortable and modern design and will be equipped with all the conveniences you may expect. The heated flooring adds that little bit of extra comfort. The villa has 3 bedrooms and is suitable to accommodate a total of 6 people. In addition to the infraredsauna on the ground floor, you will also find a completely fitted bathroom on the first floor. Your holiday home has its own garden, naturally including garden furniture. You will find the ‘Het Lagerhuys’ catering facility in the heart of the recreational park, which has a cosy traditional Dutch bar, a front and rear terrace, a snack corner and a pancake house. You can enjoy a delicious glass of wine from the own vineyard at the rear terrace, whilst enjoying views across the small fishing village under the dike. Plus the terrace at the front of the Lagerhuys offers views across the playground, where the children can have lots of fun in the sandpit, on the swings, the climbing frame and the slide. And after an intense day you can relax in the spa area the ‘Kuurhuys’. At a surcharge you can enjoy several wellnessfacilities and beautytreatments. Villages like Hippolytushoef and the fishing village Den Oever can be found less than three kilometres from our recreational park. The island culture is still very evident on the old island of Wieringen. This island is perfect for exploring either on foot or by bicycle. A beautiful sloping landscape, where the traditional old villages and remote farms provide you with a fantastic example of what life used to be like in Wieringen. An exceptional location with the atmosphere of days gone by and the requirements of today … where you can really feel like you’re in the old Wieringen and take some time out to truly relax and unwind! De Kunst
Dit zeer comfortabele appartement in een boerderij bevindt zich in een landelijke omgeving. Het is een fijn vakantieadres om tot rust te komen. Op de boerderij kun je gebruik maken van wellnessfaciliteiten zoals een zwembad, sauna en fitness. Het is heerlijk om hier na een dag vol bezichtigingen te ontspannen. Geniet ook van een zomeravond van een bbq in de tuin. Vanuit de boerderij kun je prachtige wandel- en fietstochten maken door de landelijke omgeving. Het strand vind je op ongeveer 15 km. Op 5 km. ligt de stad Schagen waar iedere donderdag een gezellige markt is. In het seizoen is hier een West-Friese markt. Tuitjenhorn met een dierentuin, kinderzwembad en speelruimte de Holle Bolle Boom vind je op ongeveer 12 km. Leuk om te bezoeken zijn de plaatsen Medemblik, Enkhuizen en Hoorn.

Das hippe und luxuriöse Appartement Romantiek aan het Meer II liegt an einem See (im Niederländischen „meer"), in dem Sie angeln und schwimmen können. Romantiek aan het Meer II befindet sich auf dem Landgut des Eigentümers in dem idyllischen Ort Valkkoog (Sint Maarten). In nur 20 Minuten sind Sie zu Fuß im schönen Zentrum von Schagen. Die Eigentümer stellen Ihnen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung, die Sie für einen Ausflug zum 15 Minuten entfernten Strand von Sint Maartenszee nutzen können. Die Ferienwohnung Romantiek aan het Meer II ist über eine Treppe an der Seite des Hauses erreichbar. Das Appartement wurde komplett renoviert und befindet sich auf einer Etage. Von der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie einen schönen Ausblick über den See. Zusammen mit der Wohnung Romantiek aan het Meer im Erdgeschoss bieten beide Wohnungen Platz für insgesamt 6 Personen. An den Wohnbereich grenzt eine herrliche Terrasse, von der aus Sie einen bezaubernden Blick über den See und die Ländereien haben. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es auch Pferdeställe. Sie können hier Ihr eigenes Pferd unterbringen oder Reitstunden nehmen.

Modern Garden is a cosy holiday home for those who would like to enjoy the peace, quiet and the space of the welcoming seaside village of Bergen. In less than fifteen minutes driving from Modern Garden you can reach Bergen aan Zee beach. The lively centre of Bergen, with various nice shops and restaurants, can be reached in only five minutes. The holiday home is situated on the edge of the village. Modern Garden is furnished in a modern way and at the same time it has a warm, homely atmosphere which will immediately make you feel at home. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary mod cons. You will have one bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom with a shower at your disposal. The garden of the holiday home has plenty of garden furniture and thanks to the outdoor fireplace you can also enjoy being outside in the evenings. A lovely evening of barbecuing is also one of the options. Apart from the picturesque Bergen, from Modern Garden you can also get to know the rest of the surroundings. For example you can pay a visit to the other nearby beaches, amongst which are Egmond aan Zee, Petten and Callantsoog. The welcoming cheese-making town of Alkmaar is also a real must. The true coast lover will enjoy a wonderful time in Modern Garden!
