Freistehende Villa, gebaut im originalen Wieringer Stil und gelegen auf einem kleinen Ferienpark direkt hinter dem Deich beim Waddenzee. Eine herrliche ruhige Lage. Das Bauern-’Mini-Dorf’, wie man den Park beschreiben kann, hat eine malerische Ausstrahlung. Die Villa ist komfortabel und einheimisch eingerichtet mit u.a. Bodenheizung. Es gibt ein "Bedstee" für zwei Personen im Erdgeschoss und zwei Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock. Insgesamt haben 6 Personen Platz. Im ersten Stock ist auch ein schönes Badezimmer. Ihr Ferienhaus hat einen eigenen Garten mit Gartenmöbeln. Das Ferienhaus verfügt weiterhin über einen privaten Außen-Jacuzzi. Die Einteilung / Einrichtung der Ferienhäuser kann abweichen. Im Herzen des Ferienparks befindet sich ‘Het Lagerhys’ mit einer gemütlichen Bar, zwei Terrassen, einen Snackcorner und ein ‘Pfannenkuchenhaus’. Auf der Terrasse hinter dem Lagerhuys hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf das kleine Fischerdorf unter dem Deich. Vor dem Lagerhuys ist auch eine Terrasse und einen Spielplatz für die Kids. Weiterhin können Sie nach einem sportlichen Tag entspannen im ‘Kuurhuys’. Genieβen Sie die Wellnessfazilitäten und Beautybehandlungen (gebührenpflichtig). Hippolytushoef und das Fischerdorf Den Oever sind weniger als 3 Km entfernt. Die Umgebung lohnt sich per Fahrrad und zu Fuß zu entdecken. Wir bieten mehrere Häuschen in diesem Park an. A wonderful walk along the beach will lead you to the well known seaside resort of Zandvoort (3 kilometres). Taking in a day of culture will be no problem at all in the welcoming town of Haarlem (7 kilometres). The beautiful Kennemerduin dune area is perfect for those who like to take cycling or walking trips. So there is plenty to do, but this place is in fact so lovely that in winter time you can easily ‘lock yourself in’for a week with a good book, and in summer you can continuously experience that real ‘beach feel’!

Karakteristieke en sfeervolle cottage, gelegen in een van de oudste polders van Nederland, slechts 10 km van de gezellige Kaasstad Alkmaar. Het huis is een ideaal vertrekpunt voor mooie wandel- en fietstochten door de prachtige natuur en pittoreske dorpjes, zoals de Rijp en Driehuizen. Een kano of roeiboot huren is de ideale manier om de mooie waterrijke omgeving te verkennen. De woonkamer heeft een gezellige zithoek en via de steile trap bereikt u de slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en de eerste badkamer met rainshower. Via de gezellige keuken, die van alle gemakken is voorzien, bereikt u het atelier en de tweede eenvoudige badkamer. Vanuit het atelier gaat er een steile trap naar de eerste etage met twee slaapkamers. Achter het huis bevindt zich een mooie tuin met verschillende terrassen. Een heerlijke cottage waar u zeker tot rust komt.
