Are you looking for a very special place close to the dunes and woods where you can relax? This is it! It’s an inspiring place which offers you space to relax and a place to play the piano, practise your culinary skills and enjoy your walks through the dunes. The bungalow is in a quiet area only a stone’s throw from the dunes and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The garden also has a lot to offer in the way of a number of places to sit and enjoy the sun, there is also a covered patio and statues in the garden give it a special atmosphere. There are two summerhouses in the garden. One house has private spa facilities such as a sauna, sun bed and gym equipment. You will be surprised how much room there is in this bungalow. There is a lovely, open plan living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a fully fitted open kitchen. There are two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, and another somewhat dated bathroom with a bath. The visitor centre, De Helderse Vallei, is a stone’s throw away from the house; it is an access point to the recreational area of Mariëndal. Here, as well as canoeing facilities, there are a large variety of walking, cycling and bridle paths and a large belvedere.

De Duyne
On the edge of the seaside resort of Callantsoog you will find the De Duyne holiday home. Thanks to its unique location right next to the dunes and the sea this holiday home is ideal for beach lovers and families. It also only takes you a couple of minutes to walk to the lively Callantsoog centre, where you can enjoy many welcoming outdoor cafes and various restaurants. The living room of the De Duyne is furnished in a spacious way with a nice seating area, which is great to relax by the open fireplace. The adjacent conservatory is very suitable to enjoy some peace and quiet with a good book. The dining table is large enough for extensive wining and dining or to play a family game. There is also a cosy double bedroom on the ground floor. The basic kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and has, among other things, a dishwasher. On the first floor of the holiday home are yet another double bedroom and a spacious single bedroom. In addition, the basic but tidy bathroom, with a shower and a washbasin, is also on this floor. The area around Callantsoog characterises itself by a lot of water, dikes and small picturesque villages. In the dunes, slightly south of Callantsoog, you can find the Het Zwanenwater nature reserve. This makes the De Duyne holiday home a perfect base for beautiful daytrips!
De Cottage
An einem einzigartigen Ort, in der absoluten Ruhe des Dünen- und Waldgebietes Egmonds, wo es keine anderen Autos gibt als die Wagen des Eigentümers, finden Sie zwei charakteristische "Cottages". Die Häuse haben jedes einen eigenen Eingang und Terasse. Hier geniessen Sie reichlich die totale Ruhe und die Fernsicht auf die Ländereien und die Blumenfelder. "De Cottage" ist sehr stimmungsvoll wegen der ländlichen Einrichtung und die frischen Blumen im Garten. Das Strand von Egmond aan Zee bevindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung vom Strand. Das Haus ist sehr geeignet für zwei Erwachsene. Das zweite Haus genannt "Het Stelpje" (code ANL036021), kann auch von zwei Erwachsenen bewohnt werden. Das Haus ist ebenfalls geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

In deze vrijstaande bungalows heeft u vanuit de ruime woonkamer, door de glazen schuifpui, uitzicht over het water. De bungalows zijn van de gemakken voorzien die u vandaag de dag mag verwachten.
