Komplex: Das 19-stöckige Gebäude verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz an der Vorderseite. Sie können Ihr Auto hier sicher abstellen. Ein Aufzug bringt Sie in die 2. oder in die 4. Etage (Sie müssen daher immer eine Treppe hinauf oder hinunter laufen). Ausstattung: Ihr Appartement ist geschmackvoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine nette Sitzecke mit einem großen Flachbild-TV an der Wand und auch über eine Essecke für 4 Personen. Die Küche ist halb offen. Über das Wohnzimmer gelangen Sie direkt auf den Balkon, wo extra Stühle für Sie bereit stehen. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer: einen Master Bedroom mit einem Doppelbett und einem Balkon an der Vorderseite (mit Aussicht auf den Badeort) und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Waschbecken (mit Meeresblick). In the afternoon the DJs start spinning their discs and you can round off the day dancing at oneof the much talked-about beach bars. That is what your average summer looks like at this location. In winter time, when the beach is completely deserted (the beach tents are no longer there), you can enjoy the peace and quiet, the wind and the winter sunshine. So in fact, this spot is always great! This fantastic luxurious and spacious apartment has an area of no less than 160 square metres and from the large living room you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view to the North Sea. The living room has a high-quality sofa bed sleeping two and also has all the comfort you could wish for, such as an electric fireplace, under-floor heating and an iPod docking station.
