Schattig huis, gelegen in een ontzettend sfeervol straatje op loopafstand van het centrum van Haarlem. De eigenaren stellen fietsen beschikbaar waarmee u in slechts 25 minuten naar het strand van Zandvoort en Bloemendaal fietst. Een grote supermarkt bevindt zich op 1 minuut loopafstand en op de hoek is een natuurwinkel te vinden. In de straat is het betaald parkeren, maar op loopafstand (5 minuten) kunt u gratis parkeren. Op 300 meter afstand is de grote winkelstraat al te vinden en na slechts 10 minuten wandelen staat u al op de Grote Markt! Het duingebied is natuurlijk ook vlakbij en voor de kinderen is er een leuke kinderboerderij op 5 minuten fietsafstand. U zult verrast zijn door de ruimte die dit huis biedt! Aan de buitenkant lijkt het een klein, schattig huisje, maar de diepte van het huis ziet u pas als u binnen bent. Op de begane grond bevinden zich de woonkamer met zithoek en eethoek evenals een moderne open keuken. Ook is er een terras/patio met zitje.
