De Pastorie
The authentic nineteenth-century De Pastorie is located in the rural village of Oostwoud. This holiday home, sleeping ten, has a steam shower, a sauna space and welcoming woodstoves. The spacious rear garden lies next to a waterway connecting to rivers and canals and is completely fenced off, so that children can play here to their heart’s content. You enter De Pastorie via the long hallway with original ceiling features. The holiday home has two sitting rooms. On the right hand side you will find the television room with a woodstove where children can curl up together and enjoy themselves. On the left is the living room, also with a welcoming woodstove. Adjacent to the living room there is a conservatory, which is a great place to read a book. The kitchen diner is next to the garden and is equipped with all modern conveniences. There are various seating areas and an outdoor fireplace in the spacious garden, so that you will always be able to find a sheltered space to relax. In De Pastorie there is also a separate sauna space and a steam shower to help you unwind totally. On the first floor of the holiday home are four bedrooms and the bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. From some of the bedrooms and the roof terrace you have a wide view over the pastures and meadows. On the second floor is a spacious attic with sleeping space for two people and possibly for a baby. With the motor boat, offering space for six people, you can go for a sailing trip through the pastures and meadows in the direction of the Egboetswater nature reserve (which can also be reached on foot) and the Vlietlandenmeer lake. You can even get to Medemblik and the IJsselmeer lake. The welcoming small harbour town of Medemblik and the IJsselmeer are only a ten minute drive away. During your stay you can also pay a visit to lively shopping towns such as Hoorn, Enkhuizen, and the cheese-making town Alkmaar, with picturesque squares and pavement cafes. In the village of Oostwoud itself there is a sauna and "wellness" complex with a beauty salon, only a three minute walk from De Pastorie. At the end of the street you will find an outdoor swimming pool. At the IJsselmeer lake you will find, among other things, a nice playground, a children’s farm (where children can pet small animals), mini-golf, an indoor swimming pool and a golf course (18 holes).

Casa Colore
The Casa Colore holiday home is situated in a child-friendly neighbourhood, within walking distance of the welcoming centre of Noord-Scharwoude. It will only take you 40 minutes by bicycle or 15 minutes by car to get to the beach of Schoorl. The family home comes with all modern comforts and is furnished in a very welcoming and colourful way.The rear garden is a wonderful spot to lounge in and for children to play. „Helmgras II" ist ein modernes Ferienhaus, fußläufig vom Strand von Egmond aan Zee entfernt. Für den Strandliebhaber ist dies dann auch das perfekte Feriendomizil. Das gesellige Zentrum von Egmond aan Zee mit verschiedenen netten Restaurants und Geschäften erreichen Sie in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. „Helmgras II" verfügt über ein behagliches Wohnzimmer sowie eine offene Küche mit einem Esstisch für vier Personen. Die Küche ist mit allem modernen Komfort ausgestattet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sowie das Bad mit Dusche befinden sich auf derselben Wohnebene; das Ferienhaus ist vollständig ebenerdig. Vor dem Ferienhaus wartet eine schöne Terrasse mit ausreichend Gartenmobiliar auf Sie. Egmond aan Zee ist ein geselliges Dorf an der Küste und im Sommer findet jeden Mittwochnachmittag ein Flohmarkt statt, auf dem Sie hübsche Verkaufsstände besuchen können. Am Strand von Egmond aan Zee befinden sich mehrere einladende Pavillons, von denen die meisten ganzjährig geöffnet sind.
White Court
You will find this welcoming and romantically situated holiday home in the large garden of the owner. White Court is a beautiful, detached, thatch-roofed holiday home. You will have plenty of privacy thanks to the large fenced garden and your own terrace. You can use the tennis court nearby. On the ground floor there is a luxurious open-plan kitchen which lies next to the living room. There is also a small bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Via the staircase you gain access to the spacious first floor with a bedroom and a second toilet. White Court is suitable for two people and ideal for tennis-enthusiasts. Next to the holiday villa you will find a tennis park with three courts which you may use free of charge. White Court is a wonderful holiday spot from where you can easily walk to the welcoming centre of Bergen or to the Bergerbos woodland.
