This luxury, detached house is located in a very quiet area which was previously the garden belonging to a nunnery. There is a beautiful garden with two terraces, one of which is close to a waterway. The living room is modern and very well-kept. There is an open hearth in the sitting area and sliding doors lead on to the terrace. The luxury half open plan kitchen has everything you need. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a luxury bathroom with comfortable bath. On the second floor there is a sun bed and gym equipment which you may use. This is a great place if you love peace and quiet. We do not consider this house suitable for young children because of the open water at the back of the garden.

For example you can pay a visit to the other nearby beaches, amongst which are Egmond aan Zee, Petten and Callantsoog. The welcoming cheese-making town of Alkmaar is also a real must. The true coast lover will enjoy a wonderful time in Modern Garden!
