Landhaus Polderzicht Das Landhaus Polderzicht (Polderblick) erfreut sich einer wunderbaren Lage, ganz in der Nähe der Städte Alkmaar und Hoorn sowie der Küste und des IJsselmeers. Diese Gruppenunterkunft bietet 12 Personen Platz, wobei es noch Betten für zwei weitere Personen gibt. Rund um dasLandhaus befindet sich ein herrlicher Garten mit Veranda, Sitzgelegenheiten, Außenkamin sowie einer Spielwiese für die Kinder. Hier können Sie sogar eine Runde „Klompengolf" spielen. Die Aufteilung Ihres Ferienhauses Sie finden im Landhaus ein gemütliches Wohn- und Esszimmer mit einem finnischen Specksteinofen. Die offene Küche ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, und Sie können dort prima kochen. Im Erdgeschoss liegen zwei große Schlafzimmer, beide mit einer traumhaften Aussicht in den Garten. Von einem der Schlafzimmer gelangen Sie direkt in eines der Badezimmer, das auf die Bedürfnisse von gehbehinderten Gästen zugeschnitten ist. Das zweite Bad ist mit einer Luxus-Regendusche, Waschbecken und Toilette ausgestattet. Im zweiten Stock gibt es zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten. Zudem finden Sie in beiden Zimmern einen romantischen Alkoven, der mit einer Gardine verdunkelt werden kann. Zwei Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine eigene kleine Küche sowie eine Sitzecke. Somit ist das Landhaus ideal für zwei Familien! Der außergewöhnliche Garten mit einer Größe von 5.000 qm grenzt an einen See, in dem Sie schwimmen und angeln können. Das Haus liegt auf dem Grundstück des Eigentümers, doch durch die riesengroße Fläche haben Sie ausreichend Privatsphäre. Spielen Sie Boccia, genießen Sie die Sonne auf der Veranda oder erkunden Sie die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad. Die finnische Sauna und der Whirlpool sorgen für einen absolut entspannten Urlaub!
