Daneben ist der Essraum mit einem großen Esstisch für 8 Personen und eine zweite Sitzecke. Weiterhin gibt es eine offene Küche. Das erste Badezimmer (mit Dusche) befindet sich auch im Erdgeschoss. Ein Schlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett) grenzt am Wohnzimmer. Die anderen Schlafzimmer befinden sich im unteren Geschoss (eine Treppe im Esszimmer führt herunter). Auch das Badezimmer ist hier. Weil das Grundstück abläuft, grenzt das Wohnzimmer an einer Straße, aber auch das untere Geschoss an der Rückseite. Dort ist auch eine Terrasse wo man draußen sitzen kann und wo Sie 1 Auto parken können.
