Im gemütlichen Zentrum Schoorls befindet sich diese wunderschöne Villa mit fantastischem Garten. Wenn Sie den Garten verlassen, laufen Sie direkt zu den vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Das Haus ist zwar nah am Zentrum, aber trotzdem ist es hier herrlich ruhig. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit einem Kamin und in der Glasveranda scheint die Sonne schön herein. Dei Einrichtung ist modern aber gleichzeitig auch klassisch. Weil die Möbel viele Farben haben, hat dieses Haus eine warme Atmosphäre. Die Küche ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Im ersten Stock gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer und ein luxuriöses Badezimmer mit Bad. Der Besitzer meint, es wäre nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder, wegen der einrichtung. Grössere Kinder sind aber herzlich willkommen. Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit einer fantastischen Umgebung, wo Sie wandern und Fahrrad fahren können.

Far away from all the busyness … The rural ‘mini village’ has a picturesque look and has been constructed entirely in the style of some 100 yearsago: ‘grandmother’s time’, where brick-paved roads, shell paths and grass strips were lit by traditional street lanterns in the evening. Despite the authentic image, the villa has a comfortable and modern design and is equipped with all the conveniences you may expect. You will find the ‘Het Lagerhuys’ catering facility in the heart of the recreational park, which has a cosy traditional Dutch bar, a front and rear terrace, a snack corner and a pancake house. You can enjoy a delicious glass of wine from the own vineyard at the rear terrace, whilst enjoying views across the small fishing village under the dike. Plus the terrace at the front of the Lagerhuys offers views across the playground, where the children can have lots of fun in the sandpit, on the swings, the climbing frame and the slide. And after an intense day you can relax in the spa area the ‘Kuurhuys’. At a surcharge you can enjoy several wellnessfacilities and beautytreatments. Villages like Hippolytushoef and the fishing village Den Oever can be found less than three kilometres from our recreational park. The island culture is still very evident on the old island of Wieringen. This island is perfect for exploring either on foot or by bicycle. A beautiful sloping landscape, where the traditional old villages and remote farms provide you with a fantastic example of what life used to be like in Wieringen. This cosy holiday home forms part of a traditional country house. The centre is only a 10-minute walk. There are two other holiday homes here and the front garden is shared with the tenants in the house next door. A hedge creates a natural border, which means you have your own space. There is a small terrace at the side of your house. You enter via a small hallway and if you go right you see the cosy living room with a sitting area and a dining table. If you turn left you see the kitchen. The small but tidy bathroom is also on the ground floor. The first floor is reached via a steep staircase (with a banister rail). Here is a double bedroom and a children’s bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. As the house is quite small we think it is suitable for a maximum of two adults and three children.
