Te midden van het Rijk der Duizend Eilanden bevindt zich dit privé-eiland van maar liefst 4600 vierkante meter. U heeft er zelfs beschikking over uw eigen sloep! Bij vakantiehuis The Island heeft u voldoende speelruimte voor de kinderen en een heerlijk terras met barbecue. Er zijn ook extra gasten: regelmatig is er bezoek van eenden en ganzen. Het water is schoon genoeg om er lekker in te kunnen zwemmen en er mag gevist worden. Het gebied is uitermate geschikt om met uw privé-sloep te verkennen. De villa heeft een sfeervolle living op de begane grond, met zithoek, eethoek en een comfortabele keuken. Een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en een badkamer bevinden zich tevens op de begane grond. Op de etage zijn nog twee slaapkamers evenals een tweede badkamer. Naast het huis bevindt zich een gastenverblijf. Hierin treft u twee slaapkamers aan, evenals een badkamer en een gemeenschappelijke ruimte met onder meer een pooltafel. Het strand is op de fiets in slechts een halfuurtje te bereiken. Op verzoek kan er voor catering worden gezorgd. Leuk als u iets te vieren heeft of voor een bedrijfsuitje!

Modern Garden is a cosy holiday home for those who would like to enjoy the peace, quiet and the space of the welcoming seaside village of Bergen. In less than fifteen minutes driving from Modern Garden you can reach Bergen aan Zee beach. The lively centre of Bergen, with various nice shops and restaurants, can be reached in only five minutes. The holiday home is situated on the edge of the village. Modern Garden is furnished in a modern way and at the same time it has a warm, homely atmosphere which will immediately make you feel at home. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary mod cons. You will have one bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom with a shower at your disposal. The garden of the holiday home has plenty of garden furniture and thanks to the outdoor fireplace you can also enjoy being outside in the evenings. A lovely evening of barbecuing is also one of the options. Apart from the picturesque Bergen, from Modern Garden you can also get to know the rest of the surroundings. For example you can pay a visit to the other nearby beaches, amongst which are Egmond aan Zee, Petten and Callantsoog. The welcoming cheese-making town of Alkmaar is also a real must.
