Moreover, in the cosy living room you will find a romantic alcove bed sleeping two. After a warm summer’s day you can prepare a fresh salad in the open-plan kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. From the balcony you are treated to a breathtaking view of the beach and the sea and you will immediately understand where the name of this holiday apartment comes from. You will have sunshine here the entire afternoon and in the evenings you can admire the sunset. Apart from the beach, from Uitzicht op Zee you have various welcoming beach pavilions, pavement cafes and restaurants within easy reach. You can buy your fresh bread rolls every morning in a small supermarket situated about fifty metres from the apartment. You can also take a daytrip to the nearby town of Alkmaar. This beautiful cheese-making town with its cheese market, lively terraces and a range of shops can be reached within a twenty minute drive.

Das frei stehende Ferienhaus „Atelier Westfriesedijk" befindet sich neben dem Wohnhaus des Eigentümers im Dorf Krabbendam in der Provinz Nord-Holland. „Atelier Westfriesedijk" verdankt seinen Namen der herrlichen Aussicht auf den 125 km langen Westfriesischen Ringdeich. This one-of-a-kind luxury apartment is in a fantastic area right on the beach with unique views over the sea. In the mornings you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony or outside at one of the trendy cafes, and in the evenings you have a wide choice of places to dine – most beach cafes have a good menu from Spanish tapas to Eastern flavours … The area is perfect for cyclists and hikers who like interesting routes with something different around every corner. The well-known Zandvoort beach and the village of Bloemendaal are also easily reachable by bike or on foot. Your apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floors and is spacious and light. You enter via the living room where there is a sitting area (and bed settee), a dining area and a comfortable kitchen. Folding doors lead onto the beautiful balcony with outdoor furniture. A wooden staircase in the living room leads to the second floor where there is a spacious bedroom with large windows so you can even enjoy the view from the bed. Next to the bedroom is the luxury bathroom which has a shower, whirlpool and a sauna.
