The Julianadorp centre has various shops, bars and restaurants and lies approximately three kilometres from Wellness Villa Deluxe. On entering Wellness Villa DeLuxe, via the hallway, you gain access to the spacious living room with seating and dining area. The living room is equipped with all modern conveniences including a flat screen television and a DVD player. The open-plan kitchen is furnished comfortably and has, among other things, a dishwasher and a combi-microwave. From the living room, via the French doors, you gain access to the sun terrace. Your holiday villa has its own private Finnish sauna, so that you can completely relax. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower cabin. On the first floor of the Wellness Villa DeLuxe holiday home are three bedrooms and the second bathroom with bathtub, shower and wash basin. There is also a sun bed at your disposal. The holiday park of the Wellness Villa DeLuxe holiday home lies within a huge polder landscape with colorful bulb fields, picturesque mills, pleasant harbours and miles of coast within reach. During your stay at the Wellness Villa holiday home you can also pay a visit to Alkmaar, famous for its cheese, and the harbour town of Enkhuizen with its Zuiderzeemuseum. The Wellness Villa DeLuxe holiday home is also a great base for a day trip to Texel or a visit to Den Helder. You can enjoy lunch at a pavement cafe, go shopping or visit the annual ‘vlootdagen’ (harbour vessel event). On holiday with small kids? Das Ferienhaus Near the Sea II wird derzeit renoviert. Die Fotos dienen daher nur dem ersten Eindruck Near the Sea II ist eine komfortable Ferienwohnung für 10 Personen, mit einer idealen Lage in Strandnähe: Der Strand von Bergen aan Zee ist nur 100 Meter entfernt. Sie betreten das Haus Near the Sea an der Vorderseite, dann geht es hinauf in den ersten Stock, in dem sich das Appartement befindet. Küche und Wohnzimmer, beide sind dank der großen Fenster sehr hell, sind sehr gemütlich und laden zu geselligen Stunden im Kreise von Familie und Freunden ein. Im gleichen Stockwerk wie Wohnzimmer und Küche befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer. Im zweiten Stock des hübschen Appartements im Ort Bergen aan Zee gibt es 3 weitere Schlafzimmer, jedes mit einem eigenen Waschbecken im Zimmer. Zudem haben Sie in dieser Etage ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. De groepsaccommodaties op Marinapark Volendam zijn er in twee ruime varianten; een 11-pers. (NL-1131-07) en een 12-pers. (NL-1131-06). De NL-1131-07 (167 m2) is een geschakelde woning en beslaat drie etages. De entree bevindt zich op de begane grond. Je beschikt over drie slaapkamers op de eerste etage en een slaapverdieping op de tweede etage. Er zijn twee badkamers en je hebt de beschikking over een balkon en tuin met terras en tuinmeubilair. Vanaf het terras heb je uitzicht over het water of de haven, slechts onderbroken door een promenade. De NL-1131-06 (180 m2) is een geschakelde bovenwoning en beslaat twee etages. De entree bevindt zich op de eerste etage en is dus alleen via een trap te bereiken. Je beschikt over zes slaapkamers (twee op de eerste en vier op de tweede etage), twee badkamers (beide op de tweede etage) en in totaal vier toiletten.
