The ‘t Rieten Schiphuis holiday home, which thanks its name to the thatched roof, lies directly by the water in the village of Giethoorn. The house has a spacious layout and comes with a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and utility room. Thanks to the large windows the ‘t Rieten Schiphuis is very light and you are treated to a wide view across the surroundings. The terrace of the holiday home is laid out in such a way that when the weather is nice you will always find a spot in the sunshine. De accommodaties op Landgoed Old Heino zijn allen vrijstaand en gelegen op riante kavels met privacy. Het ruim opgezette vakantiepark biedt diverse 6-pers. types. Type De Gunne (NL-8141-05) is comfortabel ingericht en voorzien van de meeste hedendaagse gemakken. Bij dit type is op enkele kleine punten rekening gehouden met mindervaliden. De variant De Gunne Care (NL-8141-06) is volledig aangepast. Het beschikt dan ook over alle faciliteiten die nodig zijn voor speciale zorg. Voor extra luxe is type ‘t Nijenhuis (NL-8141-07) zeer geschikt. Dit vakantiehuis is namelijk voorzien van een kleine sauna (max. 2-pers.), een bubbelbad én zonnebank. De houtkachel en authentieke bedstee in de woonkamer dragen bij aan een gemoedelijke sfeer. ‘t Nijenhuis is geen aangepaste woning. Alle types beschikken over een goed onderhouden tuin met terras en tuinmeubilair.
De Hytte
Dit sfeervolle gastenverblijf ligt in het Overijsselse Reestdal, in een rustige en landelijke omgeving. Dit is een uitstekende plek wanneer je wilt uitrusten en ontspannen. Het landelijke sfeertje spat werkelijk van dit rietgedekte vakantiehuis af. Het huis is knus ingericht en biedt veel comfort, waarvan de ontspanningsruimte met sauna een heel mooi voorbeeld is. Natuurlijk kun je heerlijk genieten in de buiten-hottub en vervolgens neerploffen voor de haard. Wat wil je nog meer? De boerderij ligt op korte afstand van natuurgebied "de Reest" en "de Kievitshaar" (ongeveer 300 hectare bos), waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen en fietsen. De huiseigenaar woont in de naastgelegen woonboerderij. Je kan gebruiken maken van een thuistap (beertender). Desgewenst kun je eveneens gebruik maken van een gas-BBQ (à €15).
