Pondarosa
Das Beste aus zwei Welten: Die frei stehende Ferienvilla „Pondarosa" gewährt wunderschöne Ausblicke auf die weite Polderlandschaft von Breezand und binnen weniger Augenblicke fahren Sie mit der kleinen Fähre an das gegenüberliegende Ufer des Nordholland-Kanals. Hier sind Sie zehn Autominuten vom breiten Sandstrand von Julianadorp aan Zee entfernt. Diese gemütliche Gruppenunterkunft für zwölf Personen verfügt über zwei Badezimmer im Parterre und drei Waschbecken eine Etage darüber. In dem behaglich eingerichteten Wohnzimmer von „Pondarosa" steht als Blickfang ein großer Esstisch für zwölf Personen. In der gemütlichen Sitzecke steht eine viel Platz bietende lederne Eckbank. An dem großen runden Tisch in der Küche kann man wunderbar in der Morgensonne frühstücken. Neben der Küche des Ferienhauses „Pondarosa" befinden sich ein Hauswirtschaftsraum sowie ein geräumiges Bad. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die übrigen fünf großzügigen Schlafzimmer befinden sich im zweiten Stock, ebenso eine zweite Toilette. Der hübsch angelegte, abschließbare Garten von „Pondarosa" bietet verschiedene gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten und ausreichend Platz für ein ordentliches Fußballspiel. Durch ein Törchen gelangen Sie in den an einem kleinen Wassergraben gelegenen Vorgarten. Neben dem Haus liegt der Blumenzwiebelbetrieb der Eigentümer von „Pondarosa". Sie bieten ihren Gästen gerne einen Ausflug zur Entdeckung der Welt der Blumenzüchter an. Wer sich für „Pondarosa" im Frühjahr entscheidet, kann frische Blumen auf dem Tisch und in den nahegelegenen Feldern erwarten. Der nahgelegene Ort Anna Paulowna bietet ein weit gefächertes Angebot von Geschäften und Gastronomiebetrieben. „Pondarosa" ist auch eine gute Ausgangsbasis für einen Besuch des in der Nähe liegenden Landgutes „Hoenderdaell", das viel mehr als nur ein Tierpark mit exotischen Bewohnern ist. Andere Tagesausflüge bieten sich zum Naturgebiet am Rande von Kleine Sluis, zum westfriesischen Markt in Schagen sowie zum berühmten Käsemarkt in Alkmaar an. Windsurfen kann man am nahegelegenen Lutjestrand. Über den in 15 Minuten erreichbaren Abschlussdeich sind Sie ruck- zuck in Friesland.

The best of both worlds: the detached Pondarosa holiday villa offers exceptionally beautiful views out over the vast Breezand polder landscape and within a few minutes you can travel to the other side of the Noord-Hollands canal on the small ferry. Here you are within ten car-minutes of the broad sandy beach of Julianadorp aan zee. This welcoming group accommodation for twelve people has two bathroom on the ground floor and three wash basins on the second floor. The large dining table which seats twelve is an eye catcher in the cosily furnished Pondarosa living room. In the comfy seating area you will find a large leather corner sofa. At the large round table in the kitchen-diner you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the morning sunshine. Next to the Pondarosa holiday home kitchen is the utility room and a spacious bathroom. On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with two single beds. The other five spacious bedrooms are on the second floor, along with the second toilet. The beautifully laid out Pondarosa garden, which can be locked, has various cosy seating areas and there is enough space for a good game of football. Via a small gate you gain access to the front garden which is located by a small stream. Next to the house you will find the bulb-growing company of the owners of Pondarosa. They like to offer their guests an excursion and to explain about the bulb-growing world. Those who opt for Pondarosa in springtime can look forward to fresh flowers on the table as well as in the nearby fields. The nearby Anna Paulowna has an extensive range of shops and various good restaurants. Pondarosa is also a great base for the nearby country estate of Hoenderdaell, which is a lot more than just a zoo housing exotic creatures. Other day trips: the nature reserve on the edge of Kleine Sluis, the Westfriese market in Schagen and the famous cheese market in Alkmaar. Those who want to windsurf can go to the nearby Lutjestrand beach, and via the Afsluitdijk, within a fifteen minutes drive, you can be in Friesland in no time.
