House Meeuwennest 2 is a detached modern holiday home in a small scale bungalow park right behind the dunes. Stylishly furnished for up to five persons and situated ideally with respect to beaches, dunes and the sea. In this cottage you will find all modern comfort you can think of. On the groundfloor is a bright living room with a comfortable sitting area and a large sliding door to the sunny garden. The dining room has a welcoming dining table for six and in the open kitchen all modern appliances are available. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, one other bedroom has two single beds and the last room has one single bed. The bathroom has a washing basin and a shower. All rooms in the ground floor have floor heating. The garden is around the house, so you can always choose a sunny spot or sit in a more shady place. You can park your car next to the house and there’s a second parking spot in the parking space near the house. House Meeuwennest is just north of Noordwijk. You can reach the beach on foot along a hiking path through the dunes and many interesting trips can be made in the surrounding region.

This elegant holiday house is situated quietly at the outskirts of the village Zonnemaire, close to a small beach of the Grevelingen Sea and in only twenty minutes by car you will reach the North Sea beach near Scharendijke. The surroundings are qualified for undertaking nice bike tours. De Grevelingen is appreciated by aquatic sportsmen, divers and sporting fishermen, the beach is ideal for children to swim and play. The holiday house is situated in a little holiday park consisting of fourteen houses, all backwards. You enter the house via the front door at the side of the house and reach from the hall into the living room. There are a comfortable lounge, a big dining-table and an open, modern kitchen. The sliding doors lead to the sunny garden at the backside, where the kids can play very well. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom. All the facilities offered by this cosy village are within walking distance, like the lovely restaurants, bicycle hire, shops and, of course, the terraces. There is a unique climbing dune right in the middle of Schoorl, which is an impressive 54 meters high. A fantastic place for children to have some fun! You can cycle to the sea and the beach from the park in approximately 15 minutes, via a beautiful route across the dunes. The former fishing village of Egmond and the artists’ village of Bergen, with its multitude of art, culture and history, are within cycling distance and are certainly worth a visit. Holiday home Klaterduyn boasts an original design and layout and is equipped with all the necessities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The ground floor is home to an L-shaped living room and a modern and completely equipped kitchen with, among other things a Nespresso. The central staircase at the entrance will take you to the void area with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms with the spacious and luxury bathroom are located in the large basement. The French doors in the living room provide access to the terrace with jacuzzi. A fantastic place to sit back and enjoy the sunshine and tranquillity. Tranquillity can certainly also be found in the Schoorl Dunes National Park, the most extensive and varied nature area along the Dutch coastline. You will find a great choice of beautiful walking routes and cycle paths, taking you right through the dunes and polder landscape. The beach access point at Schoorl aan Zee is unique and not accessible by cars. There is also plenty to do for the children in Schoorl’s forestry area.

Kloosterhof

This luxury, detached house is located in a very quiet area which was previously the garden belonging to a nunnery. There is a beautiful garden with two terraces, one of which is close to a waterway. The living room is modern and very well-kept. There is an open hearth in the sitting area and sliding doors lead on to the terrace. The luxury half open plan kitchen has everything you need. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a luxury bathroom with comfortable bath. On the second floor there is a sun bed and gym equipment which you may use. This is a great place if you love peace and quiet. We do not consider this house suitable for young children because of the open water at the back of the garden.

Koekoek

This property is in a wooded estate opposite the dunes. You can walk to the beach within 15 minutes. There is a small supermarket nearby, in Sint Maartenzee, which is open from April to October. There are many more shops and restaurants in Callantsoog only 4 km away. There is a garden with a terrace. The bungalow is not big, but practical. There is a living room with a sitting area with a hearth, and a simple half-open kitchen with a dining table. There are three bedrooms: One with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with bunk beds. There is also a bathroom.

Kookaburra

This detached wooden house is situated on the outskirts of Bergen. The large garden backs on to open countryside which means you have a wonderful view; you can even see horses. The centre of the village is within walking distance (15 minutes). The children can play happily in the garden. Finnhouse Bergen (8 pers) is on the same property but as there is plenty of space, your privacy is assured. The house is comfortable and cosy and lots of natural materials have been used for the interior. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sitting area, dining area and an open kitchen. The bathroom is also here. The first floor comprises two bedrooms.

Kraaijennest

The Kraaijennest holiday home sits right by the water and you have the use of your own electric barge, which lies ready for you by the quay. From November untill March the electric barge is not available

Kreekzicht

From May renovated Bathroom Holiday house Kreekzicht is directly situated at the „Veerse Meer"(Sea) in a park like surrounding. The garden is next to the water and the house has a pier of it’s own for little boats. In the summer you can wonderfully swim and/or sail before the house. The marina, where you can hire sailing boats and the children can play on the playground, is near. In the summer the supermarket is within walking distance. Holiday house Kreekzicht has a spacious garden all around where kids can nicely play, the garden is not totally closed, but near the water a barrier has been installed. From the front side of the house you get into the hall and via that in the spacious living room with a comfortable lounge around the stylish fireside (wood) which gives you the view upon the garden and the water. Adjoined to that is an annex with the dining room inside, which is some stairs deeper. The modern open kitchen is totally new since February 2012. Via the hall you also get into the three bedrooms and the little bathroom with a tub, shower in the tub, wash-basin and toilet. In short a nice holiday house for a maximum of four adults and two kids. Attention: Because the house is situated directly at the water, you should take a life-jacket for the children with you

La Gaviota

Holiday bungalow with sunny garden, suited for upto six persons. The house is situated close to the forest, dunes, beach and sea and there are may playing facilities for children nearby. An ideal family home from where you can discover the island Ameland. On the north edge of small village Ballumlies house La Gaviota in a spaciously laid out holiday village. The bright livingroom and large and sunny garden are characteristic for this house. All rooms are on ground level. The modernly furnished livingroom has a coy sitting area and there’s a large dining table for six. The kitchen is not too big, but equipped with everything you need and in the adjoining side kitchen are a dishwasher and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms, all with two single beds. The modern bathroom has a shower. The garden is all around the house with a large lawn to play on and several terraces to find a place to sit, sunny or in the shade, in the cooling breeze or sheltered. A tennis court, minigolf course and outdoor pool (family entry ticket available!) are nearby. The holiday village borders the vast dune nature reserve that covers the northern part of the island, a true paradise for hikers and cyclists. The village of Ballum is about one kilometre away.

La Petite Redousse

Holiday house "La Petite Redousse" is nicely situated behind the dunes in a quiet surrounding. In a five minutes walk you are on the beach and in a quarter of an hour in the lively centre of Renesse. Via the hall of the house you first get into the cosy parlour-kitchen with all modern utensils and a gas-stove, as well as the view upon the garden at the backside. Adjoined to that you come into the living room with a lounge and via the door to the garden you reach the sheltered terrace. Holiday house "La Petite Redousse" has a spacious garden all around, in which you can all the time find a place in the sun or shadow. On the terrace at the side you can nicely have breakfast or can quietly read a book on the deck-chair at the backside of the house. Because the garden is totally closed all around, kids can wonderfully play there. Via the kitchen you get into the bedrooms, one with a twin bed, one with a single bed and one with a bunk-bed. Here is also the bathroom with a shower, wash-basin and toilet. Not allowed for youth-groups.

La Vitaè Bella

This nice holiday house is situated in a recreation area at the outskirts of Renesse in a small bungalow park. In about a quarter of an hour you can walk to the beautiful beaches and by bike you can reach the lively centre of Renesse, with many shops, restaurants and cafes, within ten minutes you are also near to the nature reserve ‘de Vroongronden’, where you can make nice walks. The house is totally surrounded by a beautiful garden with much planting, which grants privacy as well as a big grass, therefore much space for playing. From the garden you enter the living-room via the sliding-doors, there is a cosy lounge with an all-burner. Following this is the open kitchen, equipped with all comfort. There is also a big wooden dining table. On the ground-floor is a bathroom with a shower-corner and a washing-basin, furthermore there a two bedrooms, one is in the extension at the backside and one can be reached from the lounge. On the first floor are two further spacious bedrooms and a complete bathroom with tub and shower. Through the allocation of the house, it is especially suitable for one big or two families, however with a maximum of six adults and two children. Important Information: To guarantee the quality of our holiday homes we have decided to decline groups of younger people, bachelor parties etc.

Lake Boathouse

Lake Boathouse is situated in a water-abundant holiday park by the Uitgeestermeer Lake. This provides the perfect base to explore the province of Noord-Holland. The area has some beautiful nature reserves, in which you can take endless walking, cycling or sailing trips. Lake Boathouse is situated on the ground floor. Lake Boathouse has a welcoming living room and an open-plan kitchen. By using the winding stairs you will get downstairs where you can find the bathroom with bath and shower, as well as the three bedrooms. Lake Boathouse also comes with two private terrace where you – whilst enjoying a lovely drink – can treat yourself to a wonderful view to the water. In the holiday park, you will find a good restaurant as well as a welcoming bistro, both with nice pavement cafe areas by the water. Children will have a great time in the small playgrounds. Not to worry, it is possible to get sailing and surfing lessons here! You can take your own boat and moor it in the marina or you can hire a sloop, sailing boat or canoe at the park. You can opt for a wonderful day at the beach of Castricum, Heemskerk or Egmond. Everything can be reached by bicycle and it won’t be a problem to hire one.
