This village is located in close vicinity, of 15 minutes, to the quiet beach Kattendel which is only accessible by bike. Slightly further cycling is the beautiful beach of Bloemendaal that offers several trendy beach pavilions. From this village you are also within 25 minutes in Amsterdam. The central station of Santpoort-Zuid is located at the end of your street. This holiday house can accommodate 5 people; which consist of 2 adults and 3 children. You are allowed to bring your dog as well. The ground floor offers you a comfortable living room with a seating and a dining area and a cozy fireplace. This seating area is adjacent to the beautiful sunny garden with patio furniture. You can also find the modern kitchen on the ground floor which is fully equipped. On the first floor there are two bedrooms; the master bedroom with a sunny balcony and patio doors and a single bedroom. There is also a modern bathroom with a separate shower and a relaxed bathtub. Here you will also find some history: admire the beautiful commander’s residences. A visit to the village of Hollum, with the well-known Ameland lighthouse, is also certainly worth a visit. The living room of the Duinrand apartment is furnished in a contemporary way and has a beautiful view out to the Ameland dunes. It is entirely on one floor and there are two bedrooms, one of which has French doors out to the balcony. This bedroom also has a flat-screen television. This atmospheric maisonette breathes spaciousness and peace. The views are pretty and charming. The front garden with patio leads you to the front door and stairs to the first floor with a charming kitchen, very large sitting room and dining room. The many large windows give a lot of light and beautiful views. On the second floor are the master bedroom, the second bedroom, a baby-room and the bathroom.

Duinstek

Het ruime vakantiehuis Duinstek ligt op loopafstand van het strand en de duinen van Egmond. Ook het centrum van het Noord-Hollandse Egmond aan Zee is vlakbij. Bij Duinstek kunnen de kinderen zich prima vermaken op het grote speeltoestel in de tuin, terwijl u binnen geniet van de luxe whirlpool. This cosy fishing village, with its stately merchant houses and richly decorated façades, is a popular water sports location. Many pleasure yachts travel through Makkum’s old lock every year. Makkum is a real tourist attraction with its many terraces, cosy restaurants and nice little shops. There is a market every week during the summer and summer evening fairs are also regularly organised. Makkum beach is well known as a Valhalla for windsurfers. The shallow water and ever-present wind are ideal conditions for them. Children simply won’t have enough time for everything. They can have fun on the beach, or in one of the many playgrounds or sports fields. You also have the option of hiring children’s bikes, carts, canoes, motor boats or cool go-karts if you feel like going out for the day. There is even a recreational programme purely for the children during the high season. The holiday home is very luxurious and has two terraces, a large living room and a spacious open kitchen. Unique is the large porch on two sides of the house so you can sit outside in all weather conditions and if desired use the relaxing Jacuzzi. On the ground floor of the house is a living room with cozy sitting area and a dining table. In the open kitchen you will find all the equipment and utensils you need and there is also a separate laundry room. Through the two large sliding doors you reach the porch terrace. Of course you can enjoy your meals here at the cozy table and sit outside at the first rays of sunshine already. The jacuzzi is placed under the roof as well and can be protected by windbreaks. In the other bedroom are two single beds. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and for younger guests a foldable cot is available. The bright bathroom has a shower and wash basin and has floor heating. There is a separate toilet on this floor. To maximize space, all the rooms on the first floor closed with light folding doors. Holiday home Duna Deli is an ideal base for your beach holiday – the dunes are practically on the doorstep and you can reach the beach easily on foot or by bike. The vast dune area invites to hiking and biking and the rest of the area is also very worthwhile. The boulevard and the lively center of Noordwijk can be reached in five minutes but also cities such as Haarlem, Leiden, Amsterdam and The Hague with their many attractions are less than a half hour away.
