‘t Limburgse Gasthoes is special, welcoming accommodation built in the former stables of a 150 year old homestead in the province of Limburg. This holiday home has a rural and open location in Bemelen, between Maastricht and Valkenburg (5 km). During the build natural, sustainable materials such as bluestone were used, and ‘t Gasthoes includes all modern comforts. On the ground floor of ‘t Limburgse Gasthoes you will find a large kitchen diner with a cooking isle and a welcoming dining area with a long dining table. The lounge corner is furnished with a lot of cushions, a flat-screen television, a cupboard full of board games and a small bar. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom, which is wheelchair accessible, with a shower space, washbasin and toilet. This room is suitable for two people. 't Rijnhuisje

This ground Floor apartment is situated on the board of the Old Rhine and has recently been renovated and refurnished by the owner. The accommodation is modernly fit and furnished for two people and a small child (on request). Here you have a wonderful garden with a large terrace and your own gantry at the riverside, from where you can sail to the Dutch lakes around Leiden. And of course the sea, the beaches and the dunes are at very short distance. The ‘Rijnhuisje’ has a spacious living room with folding doors to the sunny waterside terrace. There’s a comfortable sitting area and a dining table and a screened off section with two comfortable single beds. You will enter through the modern kitchen with all modern appliances and gear. The bathroom is modern too and has a luxurious walk-in shower. You can of course land your own boat at your private pier, but from Katwijk you can also discover the surrounding region with a tourist boat. The owner of the house will take you in his own boat to Leiden or the Kagerlakes on request. The North Sea and the lively center of beach resort Katwijk are nearby, as are Noordwijk and historical cities like Leiden, The Hague, Amsterdam and Haarlem. The owner of the Rijnhuisje lives nextdoor and he puts a bicycle at your disposal to explore the region in a typical Dutch way.

't Roosje

‘t Roosje is a welcoming, comfortable semi-detached holiday home, situated in a characteristic residential area in Heemstede. You can get on a bike and explore the beautiful surrounding area, such as the beach of Zandvoort (25 minutes), the old centre of Haarlem (10 minutes) or get the train to visit Amsterdam! The ‘t Roosje holiday home has a lovely living room with original details, such as the sliding doors and stained glass windows. The front part consists of a seating area and the middle part is the kitchen with a welcoming, long dining table. Via the French doors in the rear part you gain access to the garden, which is on a lower level and a wonderful place to play for the kids. There is also a nice terrace with garden furniture for you! The bedrooms are on the first floor: a master bedroom with a double bed and a children’s bedroom sleeping two. The bathroom, with a bathtub and shower, is also on this floor. You will find shops within walking distance (8 minutes). For children the Linnaeushof in Bennebroek (5 minutes by car) is a real must: this is the largest playground in Europe! Finally, if you don´t fancy cooking there are nice restaurants to be found within walking distance of ´t Roosje (including Italian and Australian) and some delicious take-away options (Asian, pizzeria etc.).

This welcoming, unique mansion is in the beautiful Schotersingel. Within a five minute walk you can reach the Grote Markt, the heart of the centre of Haarlem. The owners make bicycles available so you can cycle to the Bloemendaal beach via the beautiful dune area. Would you like to visit Amsterdam for a day? The station is only three minutes walk away and by train it will only take you twenty minutes to get to the capital. On entering the beautiful hallway/entrance immediately catches the eye. Then you walk straight into the living room of the Aan de Schooter holiday home: a tasteful, comfortable complete space. The front is slightly higher (the living room is split-level), because of which you have a wonderful view out to the Singel. The lower level consists of a long dining table, a piano for the music lover and a modern open-plan kitchen. You gain access to the garden via the French doors. Here you can enjoy peace, quiet and privacy, while the children will have a great time on the trampoline and in the tree house. Forest, dunes and sea are nearby and in no time you are on the boulevard of Scheveningen, or in the center of The Hague. In the house Alouette you will taste the international experience of the owners. The colors and art objects from Africa and Asia mingle with European design and Dutch functionality from the front door into the cozy backyard. The living room has a cozy sitting area around the fireplace and an adjoining dining room from where you proceed into the modern kitchen. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor as well. Through the mezzanine you reach the two bedrooms on the upper floor. One of them has a bed in a sleeping loft, and the other has a double bed. The second bathroom here has a shower. The fourth and last bedroom is located in the gazebo. Here is a bed (120 cm wide) and a third bathroom with shower. The garden invites you to relax and enjoy a place in the sun or in the shade and in the evening you enjoy your meal on the sunny terrace. The Anna’s Place holiday home is situated at a top location in Schoorl, in rural surroundings with both woodland and dunes. From Anna’s Place it will only take you a couple of minutes to cycle to the lively centre of Schoorl. In one of the nice pavement cafes at the bottom of the climbing dune you can enjoy a wonderful lunch or dinner while the children are playing to their hearts’ content. House Beaudune is at the end of a quiet dead end street in a neighbourhood that was built in the dunes, on the edge of Noordwijk. From your house you can walk tot the beach or into the impressive walking- and cycling area of the Noordwijk dunes. The house itself is comfortably fit for four. In the spacious livingroom is a sitting area with colour TV and stereo, ofcourse placed around the cosy fireplace. The classic wooden dining table seats six and the kitchen offers you all the space and modern equipment you need. In the garage you can safely put your rented bikes.
