't Limburgse Gasthoes
‘t Limburgse Gasthoes is special, welcoming accommodation built in the former stables of a 150 year old homestead in the province of Limburg. This holiday home has a rural and open location in Bemelen, between Maastricht and Valkenburg (5 km). During the build natural, sustainable materials such as bluestone were used, and ‘t Gasthoes includes all modern comforts. On the ground floor of ‘t Limburgse Gasthoes you will find a large kitchen diner with a cooking isle and a welcoming dining area with a long dining table. The lounge corner is furnished with a lot of cushions, a flat-screen television, a cupboard full of board games and a small bar. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom, which is wheelchair accessible, with a shower space, washbasin and toilet. This room is suitable for two people. On the first floor of the group accommodation there are four family rooms, each with a mezzanine. There is a bedroom sleeping five, two bedrooms sleeping four and a bedroom sleeping three with a junior bed. All bedrooms have comfortable box-spring beds and a television. Each bedroom also comes with its own bathroom with beautiful washbasins and spacious showers, made of Belgian bluestone, and a toilet. Outside you have a large terrace with seating area, parking places and a wide view. For children there is a small football field, a playhouse with sandbox , a trampoline and a swing. You can book one of the following interesting activities directly with the owner. A great sporting time is guaranteed! * Tour on a tandem, kick scooter or ‘groenfiets’ (a bicycle with a small electric motor which is loaded with green electricity) through the beautiful Limburg landscape * Vespa-tour through picturesque villages * Mountain biking through South-Limburg * ‘Dropping’ (Being blindfolded, taken by an American army truck to an unknown place and dropped off with the aim of finding your way on foot to a specific destination)

De natuur begint bij de voordeur. De 350 vrijstaande accommodaties zijn zo gesitueerd, dat de bestaande natuur zoveel mogelijk behouden is gebleven. Je kunt kiezen uit verschillende type accommodaties. Zo is er het standaardtype (4-pers. type Quatro, gelijkvloers, BE-3530-04, een 5-pers. type Penta, BE-3530-09) en een 6-pers. type Novis, BE-3530-10). Deze bungalows hebben een puntdak en zijn grotendeels uit hout opgetrokken. De inrichting is verzorgd en afgewerkt met veel hout. Er is ook een type 4-pers. Greenhouse (BE-3530-22). Dit is een modern chalet met alle comfort zoals een afwasmachine, combimagnatron en gezellige, electrische sfeerhaard. Je kunt ook de luxe Comfort-Plus types kiezen. Dit zijn ruim opgezette vrijstaande villa’s en bungalows met alle gemakken die je in deze tijd mag verwachten. Zo vind je er een afwasmachine, Dolby Surround systeem en wastafels in de grotere slaapkamers. De inrichting is luxe en compleet. Je kunt kiezen uit een 6-8 pers. villa, type Agora (BE-3530-02), een 8-10 pers. villa type Patio (BE-3530-18) of een 4-pers. bungalow, type Relaxis (BE-3530-21). Voor extra luxe, boek je het type Villa. Deze is er in een 4-6 pers. variant (BE-3530-23). Buiten het comfort van de Comfort-plus types, heb je in de villa beschikking over een infrarood sauna. Alle accommodaties beschikken standaard over een (in sommige gevallen omheind) terras met tuinmeubelen en zijn voorzien van één kinderbed (zonder bedlinnen) en één kinderstoel. Bijzonderheden; de genoemde prijzen zijn voor de Standaard en Greenhouse types inclusief 30 kWh aan elektriciteit en 0,5m3 aan water per dag. Voor de Comfort-Plus en Villa types is dit 50 Kw en resp. 1m3 per dag, alleen voor het type BE-3530-21 is dit resp. 40 kWh en 0,75m3 per dag. Het overige verbruik bovenop deze aantallen wordt belast met de kosten die je vindt bij de bijkomende kosten.
