Hinten im Garten befindet sich ein Gartenhäuschen mit Kochnische. Wenn Sie wach werden, können Sie bei mildem Wetter hinten im Garten ein köstliches Frühstück genießen, mit Ausblick auf die Weiden. Im Frühling springen hier sogar blökende Lämmer herum. Sie können in der Wasserstraße hinter dem Haus schwimmen. Dieses Haus vermittelt ein wunderbares Urlaubsgefühl. Die Kinder werden ihren Spaß haben in dem großen Garten mit Schaukel und Klettergerüst. Es wird sogar ein Kanu zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch 1 liebe Katz und einige Hühner tummeln sich dort. Die Umgebung kann man ganz herrlich dem Fahrrad zu erkunden und der Eigentümer stellt freundlicherweise auch diverse Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Sie treten ein in den geräumigen Flur mit den ursprünglichen Deckenornamenten. Im Erdgeschoss liegt das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin und Holzofen. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und zeitlos. Die luxuriöse Küche ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es ein Gästezimmer mit Doppelbett im Erdgeschoss und ein zusätzliches Badezimmer mit Dusche. Hier befindet sich auch das Spielzimmer, wo sich die Kinder stundenlang beschäftigen können. Über die große Scheune hinter dem Haus erreichen Sie den phantastischen Garten. Im ersten Stock befinden sich 3 Kinderschlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Doppeldusche. Das Elternschlafzimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Im Haus wohnt 1 liebe Katze und im Garten gibt es Hühner. Bitte füttern Sie die Tiere zwischendurch. Futter ist vorhanden. Dieser wunderbare Ort wird Erwachsene und Kinder gleichermaßen entzücken.

This beautiful stolp farm, with its spacious garden which borders the water, is located in the picturesque village of Oostwoud, just a ten minute cycle ride from the IJsselmeer beach and the cosy harbour town of Medemblik. There is a garden house with a kitchen at the back of the garden. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the lee at the back of the garden when you wake up whilst enjoying views across the meadows. You will even find some bleating lambs in the spring. You can swim in the sailing water behind your house. This house will give you a lovely, rural holiday feeling. The children will have lots of fun in the spacious garden with a swing and climbing frame, plus there is even a canoe. The house is also home to one lovely cat and number of chickens. There is simply nothing better than exploring your surroundings by bicycle and the owner has been so kind as to make various bikes available for your use. You enter the property via the spacious hall, which boasts original ornaments in the ceiling. The ground floor is home to a large living room with an open fire and a wood stove. The interior is both attractive and timeless. The luxurious kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. You will also find a guest room with a double bed on the ground floor, as well as an extra bathroom with a shower and a playroom which offers lots of fun for the children. You can reach the fantastic garden via the large shed behind the house. There are three children’s rooms and a bathroom with a bath and double shower on the first floor. The parents’ bedroom can be found on the second floor. One nice cat lives here and there are a couple of chickens in the garden. Please could you feed them all (food is available). This fantastic location is perfect for both adults and children.

De Pastorie

The authentic nineteenth-century De Pastorie is located in the rural village of Oostwoud. This holiday home, sleeping ten, has a steam shower, a sauna space and welcoming woodstoves. The spacious rear garden lies next to a waterway connecting to rivers and canals and is completely fenced off, so that children can play here to their heart’s content. You enter De Pastorie via the long hallway with original ceiling features. The holiday home has two sitting rooms. On the right hand side you will find the television room with a woodstove where children can curl up together and enjoy themselves. On the left is the living room, also with a welcoming woodstove. Adjacent to the living room there is a conservatory, which is a great place to read a book. The kitchen diner is next to the garden and is equipped with all modern conveniences. There are various seating areas and an outdoor fireplace in the spacious garden, so that you will always be able to find a sheltered space to relax. In De Pastorie there is also a separate sauna space and a steam shower to help you unwind totally. On the first floor of the holiday home are four bedrooms and the bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. From some of the bedrooms and the roof terrace you have a wide view over the pastures and meadows. On the second floor is a spacious attic with sleeping space for two people and possibly for a baby. With the motor boat, offering space for six people, you can go for a sailing trip through the pastures and meadows in the direction of the Egboetswater nature reserve (which can also be reached on foot) and the Vlietlandenmeer lake. You can even get to Medemblik and the IJsselmeer lake. The welcoming small harbour town of Medemblik and the IJsselmeer are only a ten minute drive away. During your stay you can also pay a visit to lively shopping towns such as Hoorn, Enkhuizen, and the cheese-making town Alkmaar, with picturesque squares and pavement cafes. In the village of Oostwoud itself there is a sauna and "wellness" complex with a beauty salon, only a three minute walk from De Pastorie. At the end of the street you will find an outdoor swimming pool. At the IJsselmeer lake you will find, among other things, a nice playground, a children’s farm (where children can pet small animals), mini-golf, an indoor swimming pool and a golf course (18 holes).

Deze authentieke en sfeervol ingerichte vakantiewoning ligt in het Noord-Hollandse dorp Oostwoud. De woning is van alle gemakken en comfort voorzien, zoals een ontspanningsruimte met sauna en stoomdouche, twee zitkamers en een riante tuin met buitenhaard. Modern en authentiek ontmoeten elkaar hier op een zeer prettige wijze. Opvallend is de vleugel in het vakantiehuis. Ook kunnen gasten gebruik maken van de aanwezige motorboot. De achtertuin grenst aan doorgaand vaarwater en is volledig afgesloten, zodat kinderen hier naar hartenlust kunnen spelen. Patricius is gebouwd in 1861 door een rijke Patricier (koopman). Sinds het huis verkocht werd aan de nabijgelegen kerk van Oostwoud, hebben een pastoor met zijn dienstbode hier jaren gewoond. De authentieke details zijn zeer goed bewaard gebleven. Zo ziet u de sierlijke ornamenten aan de kenmerkend hoge plafonds, klassieke deuren en originele tegelvloer in de serre. Links naast het Patriciërshuis ligt ook nog het voormalige dienstbodehuisje. Patricius ligt in de oude, met klassieke klinkers bestrate dorpskern van Oostwoud, omgeven door mooie, oude boerderijen. Het dorp heeft een lange historie die zeker teruggaat tot 1396. De plaatsnaam Oostwoud verwijst naar de locatie ten oosten van een bos. Het dorp ligt dichtbij het IJsselmeer en tevens in de driehoek Medemblik (6km), Hoorn (15km) en Enkhuizen (18km).
