Capitano
Detached cottage Capitano has a mediterranean terrace garden and is situated along the edge of the dunes amidst the flower bulb fields. The cottage is suited for six and from here beach, sea and dunes are very easy to reach, as well as all interesting sites and cities in the area. Holiday home Capitano is situated in a small scale holiday village in the rural area north of Noordwijkerhout. The sea and beaches and most of all the vast dune area (most of it a nature reserve) are practically at your front door. You enter the house through the hall and will first encounter the livingroom, where there’s a comfortable sitting area around the fireplace. There is a large wooden dining table and in the modern open kitchen you will find everything you need. The side kitchen is on the ground floor as well. There are several folding doors allowing you to enter the patio garden and the terraces. There is an outdoor bar with a veranda terrace and you will find a shelterede place to enjoy the sun at any time of year. The outdoor shower might come in very handy when you return from the beach with the kids. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. Two of them have two single beds and the third one has a double bed. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. There is a lake where you can swim and even rent a rowing boat on short distance. In Spring you stay in the middle of the blooming flower bulb fields and there are lots of hiking and cycling in the area. Beach resort Noordwijk is near, as is the world famous Keukenhof flower exhibition (2014:March 22 – May 20). On May 3rd the impressive Flower Corso will travel from Noordwijk to Haarlem, a spectacular event! Historic cities like Leyden, Haarlem, The Hague and even Amsterdam can be reached within 30 minutes and are certainly worth a visit.
Charming Heiloo
Charming Heiloo is a spacious, detached holiday home within walking distance of various shops and the Heilooeërbos woodland. From here, you can take the most beautiful woodland walks and also reach the beach of Egmond aan Zee by bicycle. You will reach the nearby Golfcourse within six minutes by car. The Charming Heiloo holiday home is suitable for the entire family. You will have a spacious living room at your disposal, with a seating area and large open-plan kitchen, equipped with all modern conveniences. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. Via a fairly steep staircase, you gain access to the second floor where you will find two more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. At the rear of the holiday home, there is a small terrace with space for two. Next to the Charming Heiloo, there is a playground where children can play to their hearts’ content. By bicycle, it only takes ten minutes to reach the open-air swimming pool of Heiloo where you can have a wonderful time with the children. The centre of the town of Alkmaar can also be reached by bicycle. This welcoming cheese town, with many great shops and welcoming restaurants, is certainly worth a visit.
Clincker
The detached modern holiday villa Clincker offers you plenty of comfort and freedom and it even has its private landing stage where you can land your boat. This house is fit for six and it’s situated near the cosy village Oude Tonge, an ideal place for lovers of watersports and beach fun. Lovers of water, nature and space will find the perfect place to stay in house Clincker. This modern detached house is situated in a nicely laid out holiday village near Oude Tonge. The accommodation was built in 2007 and on the ground floor is a bright livingroom, furnished in a modern style with a cosy sitting area and a dining table for six. In the compact open kitchen you’ll find all appliances you need. The downstairs bedroom has a single bed with an under sliding bed. There’s an indoor shed where you can park your bikes safely. On the first floor are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and in the other room is a bunk bed. From this room you have access to the spacious balcony where you can enjoy the sun until late. Finally there a large bathroom with a shower. Your sunny garden borders the water and you have your own landing stage. From here you have an open connection by boat to the Volkerak lake and (through the locks) even to the Grevelingen lake, Haringvliet and Oosterschelde.
Como
Holiday home Como is a cosy detached holiday home that lies quietly at the edge of a childfriendly and green holiday village just outside Noordwijkerhout. The village borders a lake and a small forest – dunes, beach and sea are at short distance. Above all that, in spring you live here in the middle of the colourful flowerbulb fields. The house is modern and comfortably fitted for four. In this very well kept house everyone will feel at home immediately. Complete and fresh – a style you’ll find throughout the house. On the ground floor is the livingroom, where you can sit around the fireplace, watch TV or listen to music. Then the dining area, where you can enjoy the view on the terrace from your dining chairs. The bathroom is downstairs as well and has a shower. On the first floor is an open landing with some space, where children can sit and play. There are two bedrooms, both with two single beds. The sunny and enclosed garden offers you a lot of private space. In the holiday village itself are plenty of playing facilities for children and there is a small swimming beach at the lake. There is a small supermarket and two restaurants. Beach and sea are nearby ofcourse, but the cities in the area (Leiden, Haarlem) as well as attractions like the Keukenhof and Space Expo are worth your while and easy to reach.

This detached, thatch-roofed house is situated a ten minutes’ walk away from the Noord-Holland village of Bergen and 20 minutes by bike from the beach of Bergen aan Zee. The Cosy Bergen holiday home comes with a wonderful terrace, with the summer house in the garden giving you all the privacy you might need. The holiday home is suitable for three people. This comfortable, detached bungalow is situated on the edge of the Noord-Holland village of Bergen. The welcoming centre is less than a ten minute walk away. By bicycle it will only take you half an hour to reach the beach of Bergen Aan Zee. The Dagmar holiday home comes with a sheltered garden with a wonderful terrace. The Dagmar holiday home lies on a plot of 600 square metres. The home has a welcoming living room and a spacious kitchen. There is a large dining table and the living room has, as well as a view to the garden, the French door giving access to the sheltered sun terrace and garden. Finally you will find three bedrooms (all equipped with comfortable box spring beds) and a bathroom with shower. Everything is on ground-floor level. In only five minutes walk to the beautiful North-Sea beach of Vrouwenpolder, you will find this cosy holiday home with a nice, sunny garden, with much space for the children to play.The house is situated in a recreation centre, directly behind the dunes, the area is calm and there is no traffic in the surroundings. Around the house is a spacious garden with a marvellous terrace, where you can enjoy the sun already in an early time of the year. Via the garden door you reach the elegant living room with a sitting corner and a cosy dining corner. There is also a separate kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower. Two small bedrooms are on the ground floor. Via steps in the living room, you reach an attic. A nice familyhouse close to the beach! De Boarne
The Holidayhome De Boarne lies directly by the water in the heart of Friesland. De Boarne is situated in a recreational park on the edge of the picturesque village of Akkrum, within half an hour’s drive of Sneek. From your private quay, or from the marina at the park, via the Meineslaet you can easily sail to the Snekermeer and the Pikmeer lakes at Grou. Should you visit De Boarne in winter time and it has frozen sufficiently, then you might get on the ice for a skate around Friesland! De Boarne has a fresh appearance and is comfortably furnished for 5 people. Light, space and surrounded by water are the characteristics that make this holiday home so special. The living room has a wonderful view to the water and the garden. On the street side of the house you will find the open-plan kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The recreational park is a park in development. It has a fantastic position within the characteristic Frisian landscape which is typified by peace, quiet and water. And it is not just water-sports enthusiasts that can have a great time here – for those who like cycling or walking the surroundings also offer plenty of options. National Park de Alde Feanen or the slightly further Drents Friese Wold is certainly worth a visit. For a day out, Sneek, Heerenveen, Joure and Grou are great options.
De Bokkesingel
This elegant holiday house is situated on a quiet place in Koudekerke, hided in a side-street. You are in a quarter of an hour on the beach of Dishoek and Middelburg, in ten minutes by car in Vlissingen. On the front side of the house, on the little street, is enough space to play, kids can play at the backside, in the closed garden, there is a wonderful sunny terrace and under the trees is a cozy garden-table. You enter the comfortable living room with a cozy lounge and dining-corner via the folding doors to the garden. Adjoined to that is the separate kitchen with a following side-kitchen and the complete bathroom. On the ground-floor is the spacious and stylish bedroom for parents. Via the steep stairs in the kitchen you get on the first floor, there are another two bedrooms and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have a wash-basin of their own. (Upstairs is no safety guard for the stairs, downstairs the stairs are closed with a door.) A nice and elegant house for families, the beach can be reached quickly by bike! There will stay a cat in the house, who has to be fed. (food is available)
De Den
Holiday home De Den has a perfect site, only five hundred meters away from the beach, at the periphery of the cosy village Oostkapelle. The house is completly renovated in wintertime (2008-2009) and comfortable and modern decorated. Situated next to the camping site from the owner, you can use the small (outdoor)swimming pool,( in summer) as well as the playgrounds and other facilities of the camping site. Around the house you find a spacious, sunny garden and a terrace at the front side. The house has only a ground-floor, you will find a comfortable living room, a kitchen with all modern appliances, four bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bath and washbasin. Attention please; to house may be rented for a maximum of five persons, including baby’s.
de Groene Specht
This detached holiday home is situated in the middle of woodland and in the grounds of the owner’s house. De Groene Specht has its own entrance and plenty of privacy. From the holiday home you can take beautiful walking or cycling trips along the coast of the province of Noord-Holland. The towns of Alkmaar and Schagen are also within easy reach. The holiday home is suitable for 4 people. The de Groene Specht holiday home has a spacious living room with French doors and a lovely seating area. From here you have a view to the south-facing garden with terrace. The basic, open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. Via the somewhat steep staircase you reach the first floor with two bedrooms, each with two luxurious box-spring beds and beautiful large built-in wardrobes. The luxurious bathroom with rain shower is on the ground floor. As there is a small stream at the rear of the holiday home we feel that de Groene Specht is not suitable for children younger than 5 years old.
De Grutto 6p
This detached holiday home, built in 2012, is situated in a fantastic location on the former island of Wieringen, close to the Robbenoordbos woodland and vast meadows. On entering the ground floor of the Grutto holiday home you will find a utility room and a large cupboard to store all your belongings. You can practise your cooking skills in the modern kitchen after which you can enjoy your dinner in the dining room, which opens out into the living room. The spacious and light living room has a large seating area which is a lovely place in which to play board games or enjoy one of the many channels on the interactive television. On a summer’s day you can open the double doors leading to the fenced-in garden which can be locked. On the first floor of the Grutto holiday home there are two bedrooms with four separate single box-spring beds. You can of course put these together to make two double beds. Between the bedrooms you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. There is also a second toilet on this floor. The other two sleeping spaces are in the living room (a sofa bed). If you fancy visiting a nice market, a festival, an exhibition or other event during your holiday this is all within easy reach from the Grutto holiday home. It is also possible to take a boat trip on the Wadden sea from Den Oever, to spot seals, or to enjoy a walk on the mudflats or a day at the beach and some water sports activities.
de Kleine Nachtegaal
The Kleine Nachtegaal is situated on the edge of the Schoorlse bos woodland. The holiday home, suitable for 2 people, has an ideal location to take cycling and walking trips along the coast of the province of Noord-Holland. It will only take you a fifteen minute cycle ride to reach the beach. You will find the Kleine Nachtegaal within the grounds of the owner’s property, and you will have all the privacy you need. The terrace is south-facing. Within the same grounds lies the De Groene Specht holiday home (sleeping 4 ) which you can rent in combination with the Kleine Nachtegaal. The interior of the holiday home Kleine Nachtegaal is stylish and modern. The living room is compact and the open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. Both the bathroom and the washing machine are on the ground floor. Via the steep staircase you reach the first floor of the holiday home where you will find a recess area with a lovely box-spring bed.
De Krukel
This detached holiday house is situated in the centre of the lively village Burgh Haamstede. In a five minutes walk you are in the dunes area "De Zeepeduinen" and in a quarter of an hour by bike at the beach of Westenschouwen. In the morning you can buy fresh rolls and "Zeeuwse Bolussen" (sugar pastry) at the bakery around the corner. In Burgh Haamstede you find several nice restaurants, street-cafés and shops. The house has a spacious garden at the front side, which can be closed to the road by a garden-gate and also a sunny, beautiful garden at the backside, with a big terrace and the view upon lots of green. Via the garden at the backside you reach the modern, with all comfort equipped kitchen, after that you come via a small hall into the living room. At the front side is the lounge, at the backside the dining-corner and a seat. On the ground-floor is the modern bathroom with a shower and wash-basin and one single bedroom. Via the steps in the spacious floor you reach the first floor, there are three bedrooms. This house is very qualified for families with kids. We think it is suitable and convenient for a maximum of 4 adults and two children.
De Lemmer 13
A lovely holiday home situated along the water’s edge within a small scale marine park in the well known and cosy fishing village of Lemmer, just a 20 minute drive from Sneek. You can sail onto the Friesian lakes and the Ijsselmeer right from your very own landing stage. So an ideal spot for sailing and water sports enthusiasts! If you are more of a beach lover, then you will certainly be able to enjoy yourself at the Ijsselmeer beach (approximately 1 km away). There is plenty of space for flying kites on the dike and cyclists can make some wonderful trips through the Gaasterland forests. De Lemmer 13 has been comfortably furnished for 4 people. The living room and open kitchen offer beautiful views across the water. The home is equipped with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, all situated on ground floor. The marina park is located in the heart of the dynamic recreational area, which covers no less than three natural and culture rich provinces: Friesland, Flevoland and Overijssel. The water along which the holiday homes are located are openly connected to all these fantastic water sports areas. Don’t you have your own boat? Then you can simply hire a sloop, tour or fishing boat via the park, which can be moored up at your holiday home. The park also boasts its own restaurant called De Eerste Aanleg, which is once again situated directly at the water’s edge. This isn’t just a great place for a delicious meal or refreshing drink in the pub, it’s also the perfect solution for any forgotten shopping. We can offer several houses within this park. De Pastorie
The authentic nineteenth-century De Pastorie is located in the rural village of Oostwoud. This holiday home, sleeping ten, has a steam shower, a sauna space and welcoming woodstoves. The spacious rear garden lies next to a waterway connecting to rivers and canals and is completely fenced off, so that children can play here to their heart’s content. You enter De Pastorie via the long hallway with original ceiling features. The holiday home has two sitting rooms. On the right hand side you will find the television room with a woodstove where children can curl up together and enjoy themselves. On the left is the living room, also with a welcoming woodstove. Adjacent to the living room there is a conservatory, which is a great place to read a book. The kitchen diner is next to the garden and is equipped with all modern conveniences. There are various seating areas and an outdoor fireplace in the spacious garden, so that you will always be able to find a sheltered space to relax. In De Pastorie there is also a separate sauna space and a steam shower to help you unwind totally. On the first floor of the holiday home are four bedrooms and the bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. From some of the bedrooms and the roof terrace you have a wide view over the pastures and meadows. On the second floor is a spacious attic with sleeping space for two people and possibly for a baby. With the motor boat, offering space for six people, you can go for a sailing trip through the pastures and meadows in the direction of the Egboetswater nature reserve (which can also be reached on foot) and the Vlietlandenmeer lake. You can even get to Medemblik and the IJsselmeer lake. The welcoming small harbour town of Medemblik and the IJsselmeer are only a ten minute drive away. During your stay you can also pay a visit to lively shopping towns such as Hoorn, Enkhuizen, and the cheese-making town Alkmaar, with picturesque squares and pavement cafes. In the village of Oostwoud itself there is a sauna and "wellness" complex with a beauty salon, only a three minute walk from De Pastorie. At the end of the street you will find an outdoor swimming pool. At the IJsselmeer lake you will find, among other things, a nice playground, a children’s farm (where children can pet small animals), mini-golf, an indoor swimming pool and a golf course (18 holes).
De Plashoeve
The De Plashoeve holiday home is situated in a quiet street, only four hundred metres from the beach of Callantsoog and two hundred metres from the shops and restaurants. The De Plashoeve has a nice garden, with various terraces and grass, which is great for the children to play in. The holiday home is entirely on ground level. There is a spacious living room with a long wooden dining table, a seating area where you can watch television together and a comfortable kitchen. In total there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
