't Rijnhuisje
This ground Floor apartment is situated on the board of the Old Rhine and has recently been renovated and refurnished by the owner. The accommodation is modernly fit and furnished for two people and a small child (on request). Here you have a wonderful garden with a large terrace and your own gantry at the riverside, from where you can sail to the Dutch lakes around Leiden. And of course the sea, the beaches and the dunes are at very short distance. The ‘Rijnhuisje’ has a spacious living room with folding doors to the sunny waterside terrace. There’s a comfortable sitting area and a dining table and a screened off section with two comfortable single beds. You will enter through the modern kitchen with all modern appliances and gear. The bathroom is modern too and has a luxurious walk-in shower. You can of course land your own boat at your private pier, but from Katwijk you can also discover the surrounding region with a tourist boat. The owner of the house will take you in his own boat to Leiden or the Kagerlakes on request. The North Sea and the lively center of beach resort Katwijk are nearby, as are Noordwijk and historical cities like Leiden, The Hague, Amsterdam and Haarlem. The owner of the Rijnhuisje lives nextdoor and he puts a bicycle at your disposal to explore the region in a typical Dutch way.

Holiday home ‘t Schuytvlotje in the artistic village Groede in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is a cozy cottage for 3 persons. The cottage has been recently renovated and is located behind a former church and next to the house of the owner. Beachhouse Bij de Boompjes
That ultimate beach sensation! Wake up with the sound of the sea… open the doors of the Beachfun holiday home and breathe in that healthy sea air. You can start the day with a fresh morning swim and then enjoy breakfast on your terrace. This colourful beach hut is situated on the beach of Dishoek, close to the town of Vlissingen. A beach hut is not big, but Bij de Boompjes has a very practical layout, providing no less than six sleeping spaces: in the living room, which comes with a small kitchen, a seating area and dining table, there is a sofa bed sleeping two. If you pull down the ‘loft ladder’ you climb to the sleeping mezzanine (for 2 people). There is a bedroom with a bunk bed (extra broad mattresses of 1.40 wide). Finally there is a mini-bathroom with a washbasin and toilet. A special detail is the outside shower, which you will find at the rear of the beach hut. There are board games and books available for you, so in the evenings, while enjoying a bite to eat and a drink, you can enjoy the cosy atmosphere in this very special spot…
Boshuis
This lovely, detached holiday home is suitable for four people and ideal for nature lovers. Boshuis has a wonderful garden with a nice private terrace and is situated between the welcoming villages of Bergen and Schoorl. On crossing the road, you walk straight into the beautiful woodland and dune area. It will take you only a ten minute walk to reach the lively centre of Schoorl. The holiday home is situated in the grounds of the owner’s property. You have your own entrance and a fenced off terrace. Your privacy will not be disturbed. The Boshuis was recently renovated and the owner has incorporated high quality materials. This holiday home is very suitable for wheelchair users. On the ground floor you will find the small, cosy living room. One ensuite bedroom is also situated on the ground floor. There is a comfortable, small kitchen/diner. On the first floor you will find another two bedrooms and a second bathroom. In the near vicinity there is, among other things, a climbing dune for the children and a visitor’s centre offering great orienteering expeditions in the dune area.
Buizerd
This holiday house is situated at a calm road two kilometres from Burgh-Haamstede and also two kilometres away from Renesse, adjoining the spacious nature reserve de Vroongronden, where you can bike and walk nicely. In a quarter of an hour by bike you are at the beach of Renesse. The cities Zierikzee and Middelburg can be reached by car in about twenty and thirty minutes. The big woodland "de Boswachterij Westenschouwen" is five kilometers away. The holiday house was built in a part of an old farmer’s barn and is situated on the land of the owner. It adjoins an orchard and behind this is a mini camping site. Around the house you’ll have much privacy and much space for the children to play. In front of the house is a nice place in the sun to have breakfast or you can rest in the shadow under the fruit-trees. You enter the house through a old stable door, into the hall leading to the living room with a lounge, dining corner and kitchen (rebuild 2010). On the ground floor is also the bathroom with tub, shower and wash-basin, simple but in fresh white. Via the steps in the hall you can reach the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The house is furnished simply but practically and the most important ingredient for splendid holidays is the ideal area; quiet with much space for living and close to nature.
Charming Castle
This cosy holiday cottage is within walking distance of the pleasant centre of Bergen, and the famous Bergen woods nearby. The cottage is behind the owner’s house. Do you have an eye for detail? Then you will really like the interior with its wooden beams, ornaments and the beautiful colours which make the house feel warm and pleasant. Interior: On the ground floor there is a dining area and the kitchen, then you go through a beautiful archway to the sitting area with folding patio doors out onto the terrace at the back. The staircase in the living room leads to the good-sized bedroom upstairs. The bathroom is on the ground floor. The house is suitable for two people, possibly with a baby.

The quaint holiday home De Bries is located in the polder of Zeeland, the Netherlands, just a 5 minute walk away from a small beach. The fenced garden has a porch and a hammock. However, this is also a great spot for a relaxing holiday. The centre of Heiloo has various good restaurants and shops, so you can enjoy your holiday without travelling far from the house. The train station is approximately 2 km from the holiday home and it is possible to hear the trains.

The Design Bergen holiday home is situated a stone’s throw away from the lively centre of Bergen. Although Design Bergen is located behind the owner’s house, you will still have all the privacy you need. You will have your own terrace with lounge furniture and an outdoor heater at your disposal. Design Bergen has simple, modern decor. On the ground floor you will find the living room and via the sliding doors you gain access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen and the nice bathroom are also on the ground floor. The bedroom is situated on the first floor. The Design Bergen holiday home is situated close to the ‘hertenkamp’ (a park with a few deer and other small animals). The centre of the artist village of Bergen is within walking distance where you will find good quality restaurants and shops and welcoming pavement cafes. Peaceful romantic summerhouse for 2 people. Located just outside the village at a small country road. Whilst sitting in a garden chair, one enjoys a good view of the beautiful flowergarden. The owner of the house has shown, on several occasions, her lovely flowergarden in gardening magazines. The summerhouse offers a livingroom with a settee, a double bed which is seperated from the living by a closet, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Klein Marietje
This delightful little cottage is situated on the edge of the village, near the forest and within walking and cycling distance of Bergen aan Zee. (It takes 10 minutes to walk into the town centre.) The cottage is situated at the back of the owner’s property in an exceptionally large garden surrounded by beautiful mature trees. You have complete privacy, your own veranda and an impressively large lawn that covers an area of 500 m2. This is a wonderfully quiet spot for two. The cottage is not very big, but it is wonderfully cosy. You enter the living room with its kitchen annex via the veranda. The living room leads to a double bedroom with a small en-suite bathroom with swing doors. Comfortably installed on the veranda with a good book to hand, enjoying the sunshine, listening to the birds and watching the cats playing around in the garden, you will be absolutely in your element!
