This holiday house is situated at a calm road two kilometres from Burgh-Haamstede and also two kilometres away from Renesse, adjoining the spacious nature reserve de Vroongronden, where you can bike and walk nicely. In a quarter of an hour by bike you are at the beach of Renesse. The cities Zierikzee and Middelburg can be reached by car in about twenty and thirty minutes. The big woodland "de Boswachterij Westenschouwen" is five kilometers away. The holiday house was built in a part of an old farmer’s barn and is situated on the land of the owner. It adjoins an orchard and behind this is a mini camping site. Around the house you’ll have much privacy and much space for the children to play. In front of the house is a nice place in the sun to have breakfast or you can rest in the shadow under the fruit-trees. You enter the house through a old stable door, into the hall leading to the living room with a lounge, dining corner and kitchen (rebuild 2010). On the ground floor is also the bathroom with tub, shower and wash-basin, simple but in fresh white. Via the steps in the hall you can reach the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The house is furnished simply but practically and the most important ingredient for splendid holidays is the ideal area; quiet with much space for living and close to nature.

This spaciously set out holiday home is the largest of its type in the park and is therefore extremely suitable for larger groups. Villa Hofstede is divided over two floors and has no less than eight bedrooms. It is situated one kilometre from the village of Bruinisse on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland which is an area of natural beauty. In the direct surroundings you can go sailing, canoeing, cycling, fishing, diving or just simply laze about on a sandy beach by the Grevelingenmeer lake or on the Noordzeestrand beach (approximately a 25 minute drive away). During the summer periods you can enjoy the lovely weather in the garden, which you gain access to from the spacious living room with French doors. The two kitchens are both equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave and there is a double dining area so that everyone can join in at the same time. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor of Villa Hofstede. These both come with two single beds. On the ground floor you will also find two bathrooms each with a shower. On the first floor are the other six bedrooms, four of which have two single beds (box spring) and two of which have two box-spring beds and a bunk bed. Finally there are another two bathrooms with a shower on this floor. De moderne en comfortabele accommodaties liggen verspreid over het ruim opgezette Noordzee Residence Cadzand-Bad. Ook bij de onlangs opgeleverde fase is er weer keuze uit verschillende types. Zo is er een 6-pers. vrijstaande luxe villa met slaap- en badkamer op de begane grond (NL-4506-33). Er zijn twee 8-pers. varianten, beide met een slaap- en badkamer op de begane grond en een infraroodsauna op de verdieping; een 8-pers. luxe vrijstaande variant (NL-4506-34) of de 8-pers. geschakelde variant (NL-4506-35). Er is tevens een 9-pers. geschakelde villa (NL-4506-36). Deze ligt in een rijtje van drie en beslaat twee van de drie woningen. De twee verschillende wooneenheden zijn bereikbaar via een gemeenschappelijk halletje, maar hebben beide een eigen voordeur. Je beschikt over twee keukens en twee woon-/eetkamers. De begane grond is met elkaar verbonden middels tussendeuren. Ideaal als je met een samengestelde groep of meerdere gezinnen op vakantie gaat; met z’n allen weg, maar toch je eigen ruimte. Als laatste is er een luxe, riante 10-pers. aan het water gelegen vrijstaande villa (NL-4506-37).
