Sie laufen in nur zehn Minuten durch einen Park und die Dünen zum Strand sowie ins Zentrum des lebhaften Dorfes Domburg mit seinen Geschäften, Restaurants und der schönen Lage direkt am Strand. Das weitläufige Wald- und Dünengebiet „De Manteling" ist ebenfalls in zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße. Für die Kinder ist ein hübscher Garten vorhanden, in dem Sie wunderbar spielen können. Für Sie gibt es eine schöne Veranda auf der Sie bereits zeitig im Frühling die Sonne genießen können. Vom Flur des Ferienhauses gelangen Sie in das Wohnzimmer mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit Holzkamin, einer Essecke und einer offenen, modernen Küche. Durch die Flügeltüren zum Garten kommen Sie auf die Veranda und den reizenden rückwärtigen Garten. Vom Flur des Hauses gelangen Sie auch in ein Schlafzimmer mit einem eigenen, luxuriösen Bad mit Wanne. Im Wohnzimmer ist die Treppe zum offenen Empore, hier ist eine Fernsehecke und Sie haben von dort Zugang zu drei Schlafzimmern und einem zweiten Badezimmer mit Dusche. Sie können im Sommer nach Rücksprache Verfügen über eines kleinen Strandhäuschen (nür Tagsüber) am Strand in Domburg. In Periode halb Mai-halb September. Ideal mit Kinder! Kurzum ein schönes, komfortables Ferienhaus, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand von Dombrug, die zu der saubersten Strand in den Niederlanden im Jahr 2013 gehört!

Enjoy nature to the full in this lovely holiday home situated in the middle of the sand dunes of Burgh Haamstede! Perfect for children to explore and play in their very own natural sandpit. The house is set amongst pine trees and has its own private beach access through the dunes. In winter 2008-2009 the house is completely renovated and rebuild. The sheltered terrace is now a beautiful sun room. When you open all sliding windows you can sit almost "outside" and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The living room has fantastic views over the dunes, a wooden dining table and a woodstove, from here you reach a small bedroom with bunk beds and a washbasin. The new kitchen is open plan and offers all modern appliances. There are two further bedrooms, both with washbasins and also a new separate bathroom with shower. All in all perfect for people who like a comfortable house and want to be close to nature! We think the house is suitable for max. four adults and two children until 12 years old. Important Information: To guarantee the quality of our holiday homes we have decided to decline groups of younger people, bachelor parties etc. The owner only allows families.
Roompot Beach Resort
De verschillende type accommodaties liggen verspreid over het grote park met haar vele faciliteiten. Zo is er een geschakelde 4-pers. bungalow met 1-pers. sauna of bubbelbad (NL-4493-38). Dit type is te boeken met maximaal twee volwassenen en twee kinderen tot 12 jaar. Er is tevens een ruime 6-pers. variant van het type twee-onder-een-kap (NL-4493-39). Bij dit type bevinden de woonkamer er keuken zich op de eerste etage met balkon/dakterras. De slaapkamers en de twee badkamers bevinden zich op de begane grond. Je vindt er ook 6-pers. vrijstaande chalets met afwasmachine en veranda (NL-4493-40). Als laatste is er de vrijstaande 14-pers. groepsvilla (NL-4493-41). Dit type, evt. ook met sauna te boeken, beschikt over zes slaapkamers met boxspringbedden, een wasmachine en wasdroger. De woonkamer en riante keuken bevinden zich op de eerste etage. Hier beschik je ook over een balkon/dakterras. De slaap- en badkamers liggen op de begane grond. De eerste etage is een open etage, de begane grond bestaat uit twee aparte eenheden met elk drie slaapkamers en een badkamer. Alle varianten zijn verzorgd ingericht en beschikken over een tuin met terras en tuinmeubilair. Naast deze accommodaties, zijn er ook andere objecten te boeken op Roompot Beach Resort.
Villa de Zwaan I
The detached luxury Villa de Zwaan I was recently renovated from top to bottom and is situated only a 5 minute cycle ride from the beach of Dishoek. All bedrooms come with a private bathroom and in the large garden you can soak up the sun. The spacious living room is furnished tastefully and thanks to the high windows a lot of sunlight comes in. The modern kitchen of the villa lies a level lower and is equipped with all modern conveniences. Furthermore, you will find a large bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor. This bathroom has, among other things, a large Jacuzzi. A staircase leads you downstairs to the basement with sauna and shower. On the first floor of the group accommodation are yet another 3 bedrooms, all come with an ensuite and balcony. Each balcony is covered. On this floor of Villa de Zwaan I you will also find an extra corner for children to play in. You can enjoy your meals in the large garden with the entire party. The beach of Dishoek is in the near vicinity of the group villa. For soaking up some culture, you can visit the monument city of Middelburg (5 kilometres).
