Wunderbares Ferienhaus Natuuroase hat Ihnen viel zu bieten: Ruhe , Entspannung, Gemütlichkeit und ein intensives Erleben der Natur. Das Haus is völlig ausgestattet für 9 Personen. Umgeben von Feldern und einem Naturgebiet und in Strandnähe liegt das Haus mit einem grossen Garten ( 4700 m2) , in dem Sie ungestört lesen, sonnen, oder mit den Kindern spielen können. Hier finden Sie Obstbäume, eine Schaukel, Sandkasten und eine grosse Sonnenterasse. In der Dämmerung können auch schon einmal Rehe und Hasen vorbeikommen. Auch Aktivurlauber kommen auf ihr Recht. Man kann hier wunderbare Fahrradtouren unternehmen oder am Strand Wellenreiten, Surfen oder Kitesurfen. Auf dem Grevelingermeer können Sie Segeln, Motorboot fahren oder tauchen und angeln. Das freistehende Haus ist geräumig, mit mehreren Wohnzimmern und zwei Kaminen. Hier können auch grosse Gruppen oder mehrere Familien ungestört zusammenwohnen. In der Wohnküche findet man alles was man braucht und dazu gibt es noch einem Essraum. Es gibt vier Schlaffzimmer. Das erste Doppelzimmer ist im Erdgeschoss, zwei weitere Doppelzimmer und einen Zimmer mit drei Betten sind im ersten Stock. Die beide Badezimmer haben eine Dusche und sind im Erdgeschoss. Ferienhaus Natuuroase liegt zudem noch ganz in der Nähe des schönen altholländischen Städtchens Goedereede und des bekannten Badeortes Ouddorp. In Goedereede können Sie einkaufen oder in einem der guten Restaurants essen gehen. Mitten im Zentrum befindet sich ein kleiner Hafen. Hier kann man auf den Terrassen der Kaffees und Kneipen gemütlich in der Sonne sitzen. Ferienhaus Naturoase ist umgeben von Natur, Dünen und Strand und man kann hier herrlich Urlaub machen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau an der richtigen Adresse. Aber auch Aktivurlauber haben hier viele Möglichkeiten: Fahradfahren, Wandern, Surfen und Kitesurfen, Segeln, Wellenreiten, Angeln, Motorboot fahren, etc.

De verschillende type accommodaties liggen verspreid over het grote park met haar vele faciliteiten. Zo is er een geschakelde 4-pers. bungalow met 1-pers. sauna of bubbelbad (NL-4493-38). Dit type is te boeken met maximaal twee volwassenen en twee kinderen tot 12 jaar. Er is tevens een ruime 6-pers. variant van het type twee-onder-een-kap (NL-4493-39). Bij dit type bevinden de woonkamer er keuken zich op de eerste etage met balkon/dakterras. De slaapkamers en de twee badkamers bevinden zich op de begane grond. Je vindt er ook 6-pers. vrijstaande chalets met afwasmachine en veranda (NL-4493-40). Als laatste is er de vrijstaande 14-pers. groepsvilla (NL-4493-41). Dit type, evt. ook met sauna te boeken, beschikt over zes slaapkamers met boxspringbedden, een wasmachine en wasdroger. De woonkamer en riante keuken bevinden zich op de eerste etage. Hier beschik je ook over een balkon/dakterras. De slaap- en badkamers liggen op de begane grond. De eerste etage is een open etage, de begane grond bestaat uit twee aparte eenheden met elk drie slaapkamers en een badkamer. Alle varianten zijn verzorgd ingericht en beschikken over een tuin met terras en tuinmeubilair. Naast deze accommodaties, zijn er ook andere objecten te boeken op Roompot Beach Resort.

Enjoy nature to the full in this lovely holiday home situated in the middle of the sand dunes of Burgh Haamstede! Perfect for children to explore and play in their very own natural sandpit. The house is set amongst pine trees and has its own private beach access through the dunes. In winter 2008-2009 the house is completely renovated and rebuild. The sheltered terrace is now a beautiful sun room. When you open all sliding windows you can sit almost "outside" and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The living room has fantastic views over the dunes, a wooden dining table and a woodstove, from here you reach a small bedroom with bunk beds and a washbasin. The new kitchen is open plan and offers all modern appliances. There are two further bedrooms, both with washbasins and also a new separate bathroom with shower. All in all perfect for people who like a comfortable house and want to be close to nature! We think the house is suitable for max. four adults and two children until 12 years old. Important Information: To guarantee the quality of our holiday homes we have decided to decline groups of younger people, bachelor parties etc. The owner only allows families.
Villa de Zwaan I
The detached luxury Villa de Zwaan I was recently renovated from top to bottom and is situated only a 5 minute cycle ride from the beach of Dishoek. All bedrooms come with a private bathroom and in the large garden you can soak up the sun. The spacious living room is furnished tastefully and thanks to the high windows a lot of sunlight comes in. The modern kitchen of the villa lies a level lower and is equipped with all modern conveniences. Furthermore, you will find a large bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor. This bathroom has, among other things, a large Jacuzzi. A staircase leads you downstairs to the basement with sauna and shower. On the first floor of the group accommodation are yet another 3 bedrooms, all come with an ensuite and balcony. Each balcony is covered. On this floor of Villa de Zwaan I you will also find an extra corner for children to play in. You can enjoy your meals in the large garden with the entire party. The beach of Dishoek is in the near vicinity of the group villa. For soaking up some culture, you can visit the monument city of Middelburg (5 kilometres).
