This elegant, detached holiday house is situated perfectly, quiet and in a green surrounding, near to the wonderful wide forest- and dune area of Oostkapelle. You can reach the beach within a quarter of an hour. You reach the centre in ten minutes by bike and by car in twenty minutes; you are in Middelburg or Vlissingen. Domburg and the golf course can be reached by car in less than ten minutes. Around the house is a nice garden with much space to play for kids, behind the house is a marvelous terrace. Via the spacious floor of the house you get into the cozy living room and adjoined to that the dining- room. The separate kitchen has still the atmosphere of former days, but is complete and equipped with several modern utensils. On the first floor are three bedrooms, a double room, one single room and a little room, which can be used as a baby room or for the luggage, because from there you get into the bathroom. The simple bathroom can be reached from the baby room as well as from the double room. Via some steep steps you get to the second floor, there are another two bedrooms, a double- and a single room, both with a wash-basin. A nice family house near to the beach. Because of the location of the bathroom we think this house only suits for one family.

Detached holiday villa Het Zandkasteel is located at a chalet park at the Veerse Meer in Zeeland, the Netherlands, close to the beach of the North Sea. The fenced garden has a heated pool, a porch (with roof, also heated) and a lounge terrace with deck chairs. Inside is a steam room. Het Zandkasteel is suitable for 8 guests. De verschillende type accommodaties liggen verspreid over het grote park met haar vele faciliteiten. Zo is er een geschakelde 4-pers. bungalow met 1-pers. sauna of bubbelbad (NL-4493-38). Dit type is te boeken met maximaal twee volwassenen en twee kinderen tot 12 jaar. Er is tevens een ruime 6-pers.variant van het type twee-onder-een-kap (NL-4493-39). Bij dit type bevinden de woonkamer er keuken zich op de eerste etage met balkon/dakterras. De slaapkamers en de twee badkamers bevinden zich op de begane grond. Je vindt er ook 6-pers. vrijstaande chalets met afwasmachine en veranda (NL-4493-40). Als laatste is er de vrijstaande 14-pers. groepsvilla (NL-4493-41). Dit type, evt. ook met sauna te boeken, beschikt over zes slaapkamers met boxspringbedden, een wasmachine en wasdroger. De woonkamer en riante keuken bevinden zich op de eerste etage. Hier beschik je ook over een balkon/dakterras. De slaap- en badkamers liggen op de begane grond. De eerste etage is een open etage, de begane grond bestaat uit twee aparte eenheden met elk drie slaapkamers en een badkamer. Alle varianten zijn verzorgd ingericht en beschikken over een tuin met terras en tuinmeubilair. Naast deze accommodaties, zijn er ook andere objecten te boeken op Roompot Beach Resort.
Zeeland Village
De verschillende villatypes staan verspreid over het park. U heeft de keuze uit verschillende 4-, 5-, 6- en 7-pers. villas. Ze zijn alle compleet en comfortabel ingericht en beschikken over een tuin met terras en tuinmeubelen. Verscheidene type villas zijn daarbij uitgerust met een privé sauna. Uw auto kunt u bij de villa parkeren.
