This exceptional old farmhouse, more than hundred years old, is situated in the Zuid Bevelandse polder area, in the centre of sheltered flower dikes and orchards, very quiet in the centre of nature, a nice starting point for bike tours and trips to the different cities in the neighborhood or a day on the beach. The small beach at the river of the Westerschelde can be reached by bike in twenty minutes, the bigger beaches in Vlissingen and Domburg can be reached by car in about thirty minutes. Cities as Goes and Middelburg are about fourteen and twelve kilometers away. Around the house is a nice, well-cared garden, surrounded by an orchard. In the backyard are several seats in the sun as well as in the shadow, there is a sheltered terrace where you can sit well-protected, even when the weather is not fine and enjoy the living outside. Via the hall you get into the cozy living room, modern furnished with a dining-corner and a lounge with a homey wood-burning stove. Here are also the steps to the first floor with two bedrooms, one of them with a wash-basin and a television on which you can watch only videos.
