Zeeuws Zeehuis
Cosy holiday home in the woods, close to the dunes. The beach is just a five-minutes walk away. The village Koudekerke is reachable by bike (fifteen minutes) as well as the centre of Vlissingen. One will find a nice garden with a terrace. The well-furnished living room has a comfortable sitting area with woodoven as well as a dining corner. The separate kitchen has all modern appliances. One will find two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor is reachable by some steep stairs. Here you will find two other bedrooms and a loft to play with television, video, DVd and 3 "fatboys", pillows to sit on. We think this house is comfortable to live in with 6 adults and 2 children. From about May to September you can use the small beach (day) house on the beach of Westduin. This is very useful with little children, you can practically stow away your beach properties there. A real family house close to the beach! Important information: To guarantee the quality of our holiday homes we have decided to decline groups of younger people, bachelor parties etc. The owner only allows families.

Boszicht
This detached family house is situated in a nice, green area, near to the beautiful forest- and dune area of Oostkapelle. In a quarter of an hour you can walk to the beach. By bike you are in five minutes in the centre and by car in twenty minutes in Middelburg or Vlissingen. Domburg and the golf course are ten minutes away, by car. Around the house is a nice garden with much space for the kids to play. This house consists of five different apartments, which can be reached via the central hall, for that reason this is an ideal group-accommodation. The apartment on the ground-floor has a living room with a lounge and adjoined to that a winter-garden which is a cozy room to relax, when the sun is shining, although it is not heated. The separate dining room has space for fourteen persons and in the nice breakfast-kitchen is a dining-table for the kids. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all utensils. There are two double rooms in this apartment and two bathrooms with a shower. The spacious garden can be reached via the winter-garden and the dining-room. There is enough space to eat outside together, there are several terraces and a playground and a climbing pole for the little kids. On the ground-floor is an apartment for two persons with a bedroom and on the first floor are three apartments for four persons with two bedrooms. All dispose of a lounge with a TV and DVD- player, a private, modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC. In short, you can spend a nice time here with the whole family and yet everyone lives in the privacy of one’s home. The house is suitable for max. 14 adults and 4 children!
Bach
Vakantiehuis Bach is een vrijstaand vakantiehuis voor 2 personen, gelegen op een mooie locatie in een rustige laan in Vlissingen. De duinen van Koudekerke liggen op steenworp afstand. Vakantiehuis Bach is een prima uitvalsbasis om historische steden zoals Middelburg en Zierikzee te bezoeken. Ook voor een dagje strand is het vakantiehuis gunstig gelegen. Vakantiehuis Bach heeft een ruime woonkamer met een comfortabele zithoek en een eetgedeelte. Naast de woonkamer bevindt zich de woonkeuken met alle comfort. Op de begane grond is een tweepersoons slaapkamer met aansluitend de badkamer, voorzien van een douchecabine en wastafel. Vanuit de woonkamer bereikt u via de openslaande deuren de ruime tuin waar u ieder moment van de dag van de zon kan genieten. De verschillende type accommodaties liggen verspreid over het grote park met haar vele faciliteiten. Zo is er een geschakelde 4-pers. bungalow met 1-pers. sauna of bubbelbad (NL-4493-38). Dit type is te boeken met maximaal twee volwassenen en twee kinderen tot 12 jaar. Er is tevens een ruime 6-pers. variant van het type twee-onder-een-kap (NL-4493-39). Bij dit type bevinden de woonkamer er keuken zich op de eerste etage met balkon/dakterras. De slaapkamers en de twee badkamers bevinden zich op de begane grond. Je vindt er ook 6-pers. vrijstaande chalets met afwasmachine en veranda (NL-4493-40). Als laatste is er de vrijstaande 14-pers. groepsvilla (NL-4493-41). Dit type, evt. ook met sauna te boeken, beschikt over zes slaapkamers met boxspringbedden, een wasmachine en wasdroger. De woonkamer en riante keuken bevinden zich op de eerste etage. Hier beschik je ook over een balkon/dakterras. De slaap- en badkamers liggen op de begane grond. De eerste etage is een open etage, de begane grond bestaat uit twee aparte eenheden met elk drie slaapkamers en een badkamer.
