De Raad van Katwijk
Living in style… that is what is brought to mind in this welcoming, monumental property in Katwijk. The De Raad van Katwijk holiday home was built as a mansion and at a later stage it served as the town hall. What is particularly striking about it is the beautiful façade at the front. By car, you are more than 10 minutes in Leiden. You enter into the spacious hall with marble floor. From here a wonderful, original winding staircase leads you to the first and the second floor. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a television, furnished very tastefully, a dining room and a separate reading room, as well as a spacious kitchen diner which is equipped with all modern conveniences. The garden has a pond and a large terrace and parking space for a maximum of 3 cars. The bedrooms are divided over the first and second floor. The master bedroom is very big and on a split level. This bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom, with a bathtub, a washbasin and toilet. On the first floor you will find a second bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. From here it is only a 30 minute walk to the beach and to the centre of the family seaside resort (or 10 minutes by bicycle). You will find the shops in the same street as your holiday home. Because of the presence of the pond this holiday home is unsuitable for small children

Vakantiepark Duinrust
De in 2009 opgeleverde, vrijstaande villa’s liggen op een apart gedeelte van Vakantiepark Duinrust. Ze zijn alle compleet, luxe en comfortabel ingericht en beschikken over alle gemakken van deze tijd. De Dichter
Dit vakantiehuis, behorend bij mini-landgoed "De Dichter", is gelegen temidden van het Delftse polderlandschap Midden-Delfland in de plaats Schipluiden. De woning heeft een sfeervolle en comfortabele inrichting en biedt volop mogelijkheden om te genieten van rust, ruimte en natuur. De verschillende fiets- en wandelroutes in de omgeving voeren u door het uitgestrekte polderlandschap dat wordt gekenmerkt door weilanden, sloten en molens. De grote steden Den Haag (21km) en Rotterdam (13km) liggen op rijafstand en het centrum van het historische Delft, bekend om het Delfts blauw, de Koninklijke familie en de schilder Vermeer ligt op slechts 8km afstand. Een dagje strand behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden. De badplaats Kijkduin ligt op circa 20 minuten rijafstand.

The beach, the sea and the promenade within walking distance and the lively shopping and entertainment center of Noordwijk within reach – if that’s your idea of the perfect beach holiday, Maarten’s Strand is your perfect holiday home! This comfortable house is very centrally located and fully equipped for six people. Holiday home Maarten’s Strand is in the center of Noordwijk and has three floors. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are on the first floor, where both the front and the back have a balcony. Through the spiral staircase to reach the second floor where there are two bedrooms. Both feature a double bed and one of the rooms also has a balcony. In the bathroom on this floor you have a bath and toilet. On the second floor is a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed and a private bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. In the laundry room you will find a washer and dryer. Obviously you dispose of wireless internet in this house and also there is a private car park at the rear – very pleasant on sunny beach days. From your holiday home you can walk straight into the lively center where you will find a variety of shops, but also numerous restaurants and some good nightlife. These you will also find of course along the boulevards, both almost literally around the corner. And within a few minutes you can have your feet in the surf of the North Sea and you will find a nice spot on the beach. Noordwijk has much more to offer besides the beach, and also the environment is particularly attractive. There are extensive hiking and cycling opportunities (in the spring the blooming flower fields around Noordwijk are spectacular!) and a visit to Space Expo is very worthwhile. But you can also go supping, kite-surfing or test yourself on a scooter safari in the dunes! Interesting cities such as Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague are all quickly and easy to reach – by car or by public transport.
